The Space:

This stylish apartment is in great condition and offers beautiful newly installed vinyl flooring, over-sized rooms and patio in the front yard w/ grill. "TRIPLE PLAY APT 1" is both a first and second level (fully air- conditioned) 3 Bedroom apartment with Kitchen, Dining area, Living Room with a 50" Flat Screen TV and two full baths. All bedrooms have 50" flat screen TV’s and a Queen Bed. For families / friends that wish to group together, “TRIPLE PLAY APT 2” is on the left side and sleeps 6 as well.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the check-in date.

It is NOT a 7 night Friday - Friday schedule like previous years. All Star Village and Dreams Park are now running on a 6 night schedule listed below. We will only allow check-in and check-out on these dates as the next group will be arriving the same day.

Guest Access:
Each apartment has separate keys. There is a washer and dryer located in the downstairs bathroom of each apartment. The driveway is shared with Triple Play Apt 2 and the house next door. Please keep vehicles parked as far to the left (as close to the house) as possible and please do not block the dumpster. There is plenty of space for multiple vehicles.

The Neighborhood:
Lots to do in the area. Your welcome guide is on the entertainment stand and emailed before arrival.

Wilbur Park pool, just 4-5 minutes walk away, $3 per person at entrance - 1 Wilber Park Drive, Oneonta, NY 13820

Main Street is just a short walk away with an abundance of restaurants and nightlife, gives TRIPLE PLAY an advantage over many different vacation rentals. You will have the access yet far enough away from the "downtown noise".

TRIPLE PLAY is centrally located between both baseball camps.
