I wasn't expecting much, but even still was very disappointed. My non smoking room smelled like a mixture of mold and cigarettes. There was hair all over the sheets and pillows. Wish I had just spent a little more and stayed somewhere that actually cleans their rooms properly.

The room was humid and wet. This made the room uncomfortable and difficult to sleep in. The occupant expressed a concern about mold. The general manage (and part owner) was advised. He did not concern himself directly with the matter and did not speak with the occupant. The occupant woke up in the morning with a raspy throat and he plans to contact the health department.

The lobby was closed after 5pm. We had to stand and wait in the area between the external doors and the lobby while the "front desk" person was on the phone. There was a small lineup behind us by the time she got to us. She gave us a key to the wrong room and we walked into a room occupied by a woman and her kids. Once everything was sorted out, the room was okay.

Beding and overall feel of the room was not clean. The staff hit or missing. The night clerk was nice, however the day clerk not so much.request 2 additional pillows from cleaning staff around 9 am, ws informed she would bring them when she cleaned the room. After returning later that day, Housekeeping never cleaned the room, nor brought the pillows. Housekeeping keeping never cleaned the room during our stay at all!

The room was really damp. We woke up and everything was wet. Floors were dirty and bathroom was rusted badly. We looked for another hotel or Bed and Breakfast nothing available so we were stuck there. Absolutely disgusting.

Someone did come and change the sheets while we were out but trash no emptied, don’t know when carpet was last vacuumed.

Started out great for the first night and then I was charged $40 for them pretty much to take my belongings out of the room that I was supposed to check out of and then I checked out and checked back in the next room which appeared to have a camera connected to the top of the tv will never stay there again becareful of your room if occupying a room
