The property is not well maintained for the price charged. It was definitely not a $130 per night experience. The trash can in front the door was full. It was for sure before 9 pm. Why wouldn’t the staff get the trash at the entrance where guests come in emptied? The parking lot resembles the aftermath of a train smokers vent session. Housekeeping barged into the room while I was changing supposedly because we had checked out the room hours before check out time. The toilet didn’t flush properly.

The overall stay was great. The front desk staff was amazing. The house keeping staff is what brought the overall stay down. I’ve stayed at plenty hotels near and far and never have I ever experienced housekeeping letting themselves in and propping doors open at 11 on the dot and letting me know that it’s 11. They have no grace and were just flat out rude about it. I did some decorating in the room for my partner (which I was in the process of cleaning up myself) and the housekeeper told me if they had to clean it up they’d charge my card. It wasn’t what she said that was the issue but instead how it was said and how she went about it.

Ok overnight stay
The room we stayed in #222 could use some TLC. The couch was old and used and the room floor was wet from air dripping. The shower curtain did not fit. The sind had something in the drain so was not cleaned properly. Nice to be right in the casino.

Booked with Expedia Specifically booked a room with the jacuzzi tub Upon arrival I checked into one with a stand up shower and theh wouldn’t change my room, but there was also an eye lash stuck to the bathroom counter along with a towel that was folded sloppy which made me feel like they re used a towel. Not saying they did but that’s where my mind went.

Hotel is older and shows some wear and tear. Had trouble with our keys. 3 times we had to get re programmed. Staff was friendly but still frustrating to be locked out of room. Housekeeping was sub par. One day not cleaning at all. Just gave couple new towels

Real cute hotel, unfortunately my kids had lines of bites on their legs and feet after staying the night there. My oldest slept on the pullout couch, and the bed had not been made from the previous guest.

The property is super convenient to town and family close by. The service staff is lazy and unfriendly The cleaning staff of females only want to give towels and empty the trashcan I was fully dressed on my way out and the staff in the hallway said do you need anything today? I said yes full service please “she said well. I’m only dumping trash and giving towels”. I said OK that’ll be fine. Then she says go get me your dirty towels. I did not want a confrontation. I was on my way out. I was fully dressed, had my purse in my hand. I put everything down, went back in the bathroom, picked up all the dirty towels and gave them to her.. Totally unprofessional and rude.!!!!!!!!!!

When we got to the room ut was old and musty. We placed the bags down and by the foot of the bed the carpet was wet. The bed was hard and the bathroom was not ventilated. The dresser drawers kept opening when you walk by them. The plus side, the AC worked. The breakfast was horrible with a lot of broken items and a mystery drink in their juice machine
