This modern villa, situated on top of a hill in the green heart of Istria, is a perfect choice for lovers of modern art and nature. The first view you’ll see is Motovun’s Forest and the medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festivals all over the world). The perfect composition of greenery and history. The nearest village, Livade, also known as the village of truffles, is just 3 minutes from the villa, and there you can enjoy real Istrian specialties—homemade truffle dishes. In the villa, there’s a garage and also outside private parking. Both floors have amazing terraces with sunbeds. Just outside the kitchen, there’s an outdoor terrace with a swimming pool and a beautiful BBQ with an outdoor sitting area. This area is ideal for a peaceful evening or a dinner party.

This modern and peaceful villa is ideal for a family vacation. The villa is intended for six people. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living area with a LED TV and a comfortable sofa, along with the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, and with its view over the pool and greenery of Motovun’s forest, you’ll surely make the best dishes. On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, closet, and LED TV. All the bedrooms share a terrace, on which you can get lost looking at all the natural beauties Istria has.

Another amazing stay!
Our second stay at this lovely villa and it was perfect like the first time: super clean, very comfortable, excellent pool, ice cold a/c, kind and very helpful hosts and above all the BEST views across the forest to Motovun. We are already looking forward to our third stay when we get the chance!

A really beautiful property and we loved staying there. All brand new and super clean. Very comfortable. Stunning view! Ksenija and Elvis were the perfect hosts - very friendly and very helpful. We can’t wait to return next time we come to Istria.

Amazing place in Istria
We (4 adults and 2 kids) spent 2 amazing weeks in the villa. The place is very quiet and the view on Motovun village is just astonishing. There is no neighbor, so quietness is guaranteed. The house is very recent, very comfortable and well equipped and decorated. The garden is a peaceful place with a stunning swimming pool: perfect to rest! Not to forget, Ksenija and Elvis are just adorable.
