Amazing condo in a nice property
The description and reviews are spot on. This is an amazing condo in a great spot. It feels like a home and not a rental. It has great furnishings. The kitchen is well equipped and organized. The reserved parking spot is right next to the elevator. It doesn’t get any better than this condo. We are planning our next visit!

Regency Isle 1009
This condo is beautiful and very clean! It has been updated and the color selection and decor is very nice and appealing. The king bed was very comfortable and master bath had plenty of room. Kitchen provisions were great. The balcony is huge and we really enjoyed our time out there with that perfect view. Host was nice to work with and we look forward to enjoying this beautiful condo again soon!

Wonderful Condo!
Our family had such a wonderful time in this condo! We have stayed at Regency Isle every year for the last 5 years and this condo is upgraded and is the cleanest condo we’ve stayed in! We also enjoyed having a parking spot close to the elevators. We were able to easily grab our beach chairs and crab hunting gear easily without having to drag it inside the condo. We are already booked for next year!

This was easily the nicest unit I’ve stayed in on the coast. Not only was it updated and decorated beautifully, but it was also very clean. It was clear thought was put into making sure anything/everything you could need to cook was provided. The complex itself is in an ideal location - and not so large that the beach was crowded. I definitely look forward to going back!

The unit was awesome and even better than described. The ice maker by the wet bar is a nice touch. The only negative is the exterior of the building is going through renovations, they started anytime between 7-8 am each day. The noise was constant until around 3-5 each day. This isn’t a knock against the owner, she was great and this is out of her control.

What a wonderful vacation we had in this spacious, beautiful condo! The location is perfect with sunrise and sunset views. The beach is gorgeous. Regency Isle is well maintained although the gym could use some updates. We really enjoyed our trip and would stay in this condo again if we have the opportunity.

Wonderful Stay!
We took my college sons for a fall break weekend. The unit was so comfortable and felt like home. This is one of our favorite properties. I love the large balconies and the quiet beach. The beach chairs, beach towels and balls were just an added bonus. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely the Best!
Regency Isle is a very well kept complex. This condo is everything we expected and one of the cleanest, best organized, and most comfortable we have rented over the years. It was very spacious for just the two of us, but 4 adults could easily be comfortable. The updated renovations are especially nice. We enjoyed the large balcony and spent quite a bit of time there. The location of the complex is ideal. Very quiet, but a short drive to Publix, the park with a lovely biking and walking trail, and restaurants. We were fortunate to have very nice weather, but thought the covered balcony could be a nice place to relax if there were rain showers. I highly recommend this condo and plan to return ourselves.

Relaxing Week
My wife and I had a great week staying at Martha’s condo. We love coming down to the gulf coast in September as the crowds seem to die down by then. RI had good amenities. The fitness area did leave something to be desired though for anyone who must work out during vacation. We just jogged along Perdido Beach Rd in the morning though and saw many others doing the same. The unit had everything we needed. The master bathroom, closet and balcony were very large and accommodating. The wife forgot to pack a hair dryer but low and behold there was a hair dryer located in the master vanity cabinet which saved the week :) The best part was probably the beach chairs that were reserved for our stay. Martha was easy to get a hold of and handle any questions I had during the stay. Would stay here again.
