When it comes to booking hotels like others during this time I looked for something reasonable price wise and rely a lot of photos of the hotel taken to make my decision. If there is something I would recommend to others looking to book is to stay away. I’ve stayed in Santa Ana before but this place has to be the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. They tried to give me the wrong room with a queen bed when I booked a king they did fix that by giving me a room with two queens to make up for it but that didn’t make up for the varied random non residents in the area of the hotel and street. The room was dirty the table under the wall mounted tv has a huge yellow stain on it as well as bugs in the area. We were in the first floor but the resends on the second floor were the noisiest people I have ever dealt with. They were consistently moving things as well as stepping around the room as if they were having a track meet. All in all I would recommend others looking to book please pay the extra and book with a different chain of hotels because I will make this mistake again.

Actually very good! Review said homeless in area. only once found one going thru trash, went back to my room, manager came out and all trash cans were emptied! That said a lot to me the motel cared to discourage this happening!

I liked that it was a cheap option near newport area where I was having a surgery, However, it was a a bare bones basic motel with uncomfortable pillows. Good for a cheap option, but the surrounding area has a lot of homeless people crowding the sidewalks that make it feel less safe to explore aorund.

Nice place to stay.
We arrived and were greeted with amazing staff who got us right to a downstairs room as I am disabled, it was clean, fresh and comfortable. I was provided extra pillows and blankets to make me extra comfortable. Only complaint is that the upstairs neighbors were up all night fighting and stomping around. But that’s not the hotel’s fault. Thank you for making me comfortable. I would be happy to stay here again.

Great stay, to me I thought it was pretty clean. It didn’t smell like cigarettes like most hotel, which I LOVE. Bed was comfortable. Shower was great. The cleanness was also great!

This is my friends who stayed there’s review (I booked the room for her) Geovanna : This is one of my favorite motel 6 and I have been to them all in this county and beyond. They are super nice here and kind . They are good about my dog and that’s hard to find. This location is clean and the maids put in their time to keep it that way as well as the maintenance. The area isn’t that great but no one bothers me when I walk my dog all around, even at night. They even have a place to take your dog out if you don’t want to leave the property! The prices are high everywhere but lower than the rest here. Alex and the GM are my faves without their help I’d be sleeping outside ! Grateful for all the staff there!!
