Old Farmhouse Gite

Perfect location to visit the Rhone wine villages
We loved the location of this property. It is in a peaceful and attractive setting and Ann, the hostess is very friendly and pleasant and gave quick responses to our questions. Booking was easy and the property was good value for money. We enjoyed the fresh eggs from the hens and produce from the garden. The house was adequately equipped for two people and spotlessly clean. The wifi was sometimes weak and not always reliable but it didn't spoil our stay. We had a great time.

Neat, quiet, and perfect for two people.
For us, this was the perfect place to begin a day exploring all the nearby sites and to retreat to at days end. A small two level apartment, tucked away at the back of a mas (typical stone Provencal farm house), it was simple and charming. The first floor with a living room/dining room with French doors onto the stone porch and another window with of view of a row of pines and the old stone washhouse. The good-sized and fully equipped kitchen was there as well. Wooden stairs led up to the bedroom and a beautiful blue tiled bathroom. We loved opening the shutters in the morning, listening to the birds, and looking out over the fields. At night, we ate at the table outside under the shade tree and enjoyed watching the stairs come out. The way the apartment is situated provides you with privacy, but the very friendly owner and family are always there to answer questions.

Un luogo piacevole, ben curato e tranquillo. L'Host ĆØ stato veramente cordiale e disponibile.
Una tipica casa provenzale ben curata e accogliente. Orange ĆØ un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare l'Alta Provenza. Siamo stati benissimo, e anche il nostro cane :)

Sehr schƶnes Haus direkt neben Orange quasi auf dem Land. Viel Platz, schƶne Einrichtung, groƟes GartengrundstĆ¼ck mit genĆ¼gend Schatten. Trotzdem in ein paar Minuten mitten in Orange. Die GerƤusche der StraƟen werden von den Zikaden getoppt. Sehr nette Vermieter. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Schlicht - schƶn!
Eine sehr schƶne, einladende Unterkunft mit Terrasse und Garten. Der Schatten des grĆ¶ĆŸeren Baumes sorgt zusƤtzlich fĆ¼r WohlfĆ¼hlklima sorgt. Im Mai war noch alles grĆ¼n. An die GerƤuschkulisse von Autobahn und TGV gewƶhnt man sich auch und sie wurde bei unserem Aufenthalt vom frĆ¼hen Mistral locker Ć¼bertrumpft! Im Innern alles ZweckmƤƟig schlicht und unaufgeregt, aber alles Nƶtige da. Hervorzuheben sei das auƟergewƶhnlich gute Bett. Hatten knapp zwei stark vom Mistral geprƤgte. aber dennoch wunderschƶne Wochen hier und hƤtten auch noch lƤnger bleiben kƶnnen. Wenn es schlecht Wetter gewesen wƤre, hƤtten wir uns sicher eine bequemere. etwas stabilere Couch im Wohnzimmer gewĆ¼nscht. So aber hat der schƶne Garten alles ausgeglichen! Einen herzlichen Dank noch an die freundliche Vermieterfamilie mit ihren beiden Katzen - letztere waren manchmal etwas gierig aber liebenswert und vor allem: sehr unterhaltsam!

Verblijf in prachtig huis met ruime tuin & zeer attente eigenaren.
We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in een prachtige Mas met dito tuin. De sfeer is landelijk, het huis mooi. De zeer attente eigenaren verwelkomden ons vriendelijk met rosƩ, eieren en super-tomaten van eigen kippen en kweek. Helaas bleek al snel dat we geen rekening hadden gehouden met de ligging: de TGV raast in de verte langs, je hoort het constante gezoem vd Autoroute du soleil en regelmatig wordt er gewerkt met tractoren van een aangrenzende boer. Moet gezegd: onze oren zijn bovengemiddeld gevoelig en thuis hadden we een half jaar klussende buren achter de rug..... De Provence is heerlijk en het huis is in het echt nog mooier dan op de foto's!

Tolle Zeit in Orange
Wir haben den Sommerurlaub 2020 in diesem provenzalischen Bauerhaus am Ortsrand von Orange verbracht. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es ca. 5 - 10 Minuten bis ins Zentrum von Orange. Das Bauerhaus liegt am Ortsrand zwischen Autobahn und TGV-Bahnstrecke und bietet ein schƶnenes Ambiente. Wenn es sehr ruhig ist sind beide ganz leicht zu hƶren. Das Ferienhaus ist an das Haus der Vermieterfamilie "angebaut". Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und in der KĆ¼che ist alles vorhanden, was mach so braucht: Backofen, SpĆ¼lmaschine, Waschmaschine... Einfach toll ist der groƟe Garten den man alleine nutzt. Hier haben wir uns im wesentlichen aufgehalten. Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben hier tolle Urlaubstage in einer schƶnen Region in Frankreich verlebt. Das Ferienhaus kƶnnen wir fĆ¼r ein Paar sehr empfehlen.

Perfecte uitvalsbasis in Orange
Op een steenworp afstand van de pƩage en het centrum van Orange gelegen ; deze knusse 2-persoons gite is de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor tripjes naar Avignon, Vaison-la-Romaine, de prachtige kleine dorpjes in de Provence, Arles en de vele gezellige markten zoals die van l'Isle sur la Sorgue en St.-RƩmy. Orange is een mooi klein stadje met een fraai theater en gezellige terrasjes waar je 's avonds heerlijk kunt eten. Het huisje is voorzien van alle gemakken, ligging is heerlijk rustig, in de enorme tuin is altijd wel een schaduwplekje te vinden en de gastvrouw (en gastheer) zijn uiterst vriendelijk. Wij hebben een top-week gehad daar!

Nous y avons passĆ© trois semaines dans des conditions optimales: espace, tranquillitĆ©, logement bien Ć©quipĆ© dans une construction traditionelle ancienne (bonne adaptation au climat), propriĆ©taires charmants et attentifs. C'est la campagne de la Provence du nord (champs de tomates, vergers...). Orange - la ville - est Ć  deux pas. Le RhĆ“ne et sa vallĆ©e ( balades en terrain plutĆ“t plat, nombreux sentiers et pistes) sont Ć  3 ou 4 km. Les vignobles de grands crus - CĆ“tes du RhĆ“ne - , les villages perchĆ©s sont tout prĆØs... Tout simplement idĆ©al pour se reposer et dĆ©couvrir le pays Ć  son rythme.
