For this reason, please let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring more than 5 vehicles to the home. 2 cars can park in the garage and a further 2 can park in the driveway, with 1 car not being an issue to park on the street. Beyond 5 cars, we can provide advice on the best and most convenient areas to park in the street.

THE LOCATION
This home is located in the beautiful Bel-Air Estate in West Orange. Duntry League & Wentworth Golf Courses are just a short 5 minute drive away and some of Oranges best cafes such as Byng Street Cafe, Anything Grows and Omar are very close by to grab your morning coffee.

The CBD is less than a 5 minute drive away and a short 30 minute walk. The CBD boasts some of Orange's best restaurants, cafes, bars, parks and shopping. The very popular Robin Hood Hotel is less than a minutes drive and is great for dinner, drinks and has a large kids playground.

Vineyards and Cellar Doors tastings are as close as 10 minutes by car.

Having invited 7 golfing friends to Orange for Mid week golf tour for 8 and to arrive to find out that the bedding configuration was not as it was stated on the web site. Having highlight the error with the booking agent, an offer for an alternative house was suggested. Having unpack and commenced cooking we declined the offer. The result of the false listing of the number of beds, one of my guest (aged in his late 60’s) slept on a couch for 3 nights and another slept on the floor. I bought a camping bunk having thought we only had 7 beds, which was proven to be wrong. Not sure who is to blame, the booking agent for not auditing the property correctly or the property owner making false claims of the number of beds. To date no thoughtful compensation has been provided.
