My wife and I have been going to the Divi since 1998. We have enjoyed it for many reasons and look forward to many more visits. We celebrate our wedding anniversary there (55 years) . We love the people and always feel at home. It is a safe area and we both feel comfortable no matter what time we’re out. Hopefully, until next year ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.

Everything was great, the food, the Amenities, the experience. Staff was overall polite. The mattress was horrible though and we barely slept the entire trip.

Property is a bit outdated.. food choices at buffet is mediocre at best. Meats are mainly pork and pork products. The drinks are low quality and few choices. The reverse dinners are better. Bathroom shower leaking behind wall. Bathroom is very small and tight. Paid for upgrade ocean view and this is a scam!

The concierge is great! The food was also very good, you have many restaurant options. Overall the island of Aruba is great and a must visit destination!

Hotel Divi booked out reservations for 2025 son when we arrived we did not have a reservation. They corrected it. They also would book dinner reservations and the host could not find them the first few nights. This required many trips to the concierge

Veranda rooms are outdated. Toilet paper holder falling off the wall. Pelican Terrace needs improvement in all areas. Seemed understaffed at times during my visits. Multiple times we had to wait exceeding long times for drinks. Difficulty with breakfast. Went to breakfast early one day as we had an 8am excursion. Terrace opened doors at 7am but nothing was attended until about 7:15. Scrambled eggs are inconsistent, One day too wet, the next to dry and inedible. I ordered eggs, "over easy" on two occasions. One day, the day we were there at 7am, it took almost 15 minutes to cook and they were over cooked. 2nd time, they didnt take as long, but were still overcooked. Salad area was exposed and had fly issues and the same with the cut fruit. Both should be covered. Our last day, it rained slightly in the morning and there were leaks in the hallway roofs of the Veranda building as well as the ceiling of the Pelican Terrace. All minor issues, but not something I expect for the cost of a nights stay.

The Breakfast and Lunch waiters in Buffet, there is opportunity for Improvement. The evening waiters are extraordinary. Rooms leak when it rains. Coffee maker doesn’t work in rooms.

Property was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Our room was recently updated and very nice. The pools were clean and well kept. The beach was just amazing, a little rough at times but, being from New England that wasn’t a problem! Overall just a perfect vacation destination!
