The worst welcome to any hotel or resort that I have ever received. It took 3 hours to get our room because they gave us an incorrect room key to begin with. We went to that room with all of our luggage in the pouring rain - and i went back to get it sorted out. My wife stood there with our now soaking luggage, and they said it would be 3-5 minutes to fix it. Fast forward 2 hours, im still at the front desk now begging the clerk to ask the trolley driver to get my wife out of the pouring rain. Instead, because they put us in the incorrect room, they didnt have our actual room ready for us because they gave it away. So, we had to be given a temporary room for the night, repack in the morning and move. Beyond that, every single restaurant was at least a 10-15 minute wait before we were greeted by the wait staff and another 10-15 before we even got a water. Every meal took 1.5-3 hours. I cannot believe the lack of efficiency here

Very nice property that was clean and in good order. I had an issue with the ceiling fan light and after several calls and visits from maintenance my issue was never resolved. I got tired or calling for maintenance and no one showing up. Also service in the restaurants was slow to be sat and slow for the server to acknowledge we were there.

The people of Aruba are so friendly and amazing. The weather is a definite plus. Not a fan of being on the third floor navigating the steps when wet wasn’t fun. Washing machine left yellow/brown marks on our clothes. Hopefully they wash out when we get home. Not a fan of having to sign for food and drinks at the infinity pool/mulligans when if we went across the street to get drinks and food we never had to sign for anything. Which is a much nicer experience. I don’t understand why we had to sign at the sea breeze, infinity pool and mulligans. Was it an attempt to get tips? Anyway we had an overall nice vacation and appreciate the Aruban hospitality!

Excellent resort, great service, we have been here twice now. Beach across the street is very nice and convenient. Great dining options. Only issue was that sofa bed was not comfortable to sleep on otherwise no complaints

Our room smelled terrible. Horrible and musty. There was blood on bathroom door. Hair and dust from what seemed like a powder on shower door. The front desk said no other room. It rained on and off and heavier rain on last night. The smell was coming from mold. The last nights rain revealed the issue. There was a leak from ceiling runing into the walls. The wall was so wet it was moving. Paint started bubbling. The smell had to be from mold. The front desk solution was to bring a air freshener. I have pictures from the rain damage to the wall. We had to sleep in a molding room. I had to clean our own room. Then lets talk about the pool construction for 4 of the days we were there. The pool was drained so unusable. You were able to get in it but everyone was talking able how with no filtration that if anyine urinated in pool or bleed there was no fiktering so basically you would be swimming in it. Stated on expedia 24 hr room service but there was no room service at all. The best part of it all was Mulligans. There food and service was outstanding. The views were gorgeous and was a short walk to the beach. But too top off the room issue when we checked out and complained again they sent someine right over since they had the room booked again. But we didnt get that service. Ive tried to get answers and a response from management regarding what we paid for vs what we got but no response.
