PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The modern villa with large private pool and extensive grounds is located in a quiet idyllic hillside location on the western outskirts of the popular resort of "Orebic" on the sunny subtropical flourishing Dalmatian peninsula Peljesac. From the property you can see the whole place as well as the sea and the island world in front of Korcula, in the back the mighty mountain range with its summit Sv over more than 900m. Ilija.

At a distance of only 200 meters you will find extensive pebble beaches with crystal clear azure sea. In the village there are also sandy beaches, if you prefer them. The idyllic center of Orebic is just a 5-10 minute walk away.

The house is mostly used privately so that only 3 apartments for max. 4 people are available. The rest of the house is inhabited by the very friendly landlord couple. So that guests of the house can enjoy a maximum of tranquility, only adults seeking tranquility are welcome. The accommodation is not suitable for children and young people.

The pool is surrounded by a large panoramic terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas, which in turn is interlocked with the well-kept garden and all its palm trees, cacti, shrubs and flower plantings. The magnificent view of the sea and the unique quiet secluded location without direct neighbors will enchant you. Here is relaxation and relaxation guaranteed! In the rear part of the property is one level higher the beautiful outdoor grill with dining area. A sun-protected private car park for up to 10 cars is available on the property.

On the east side of the villa is located on the mezzanine floor with separate access the apartment 1 for max. 4 people. Slightly set back to the main part of the building, it offers a special intimacy. It has a cozy kitchen, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and a covered terrace with magnificent panoramic views of the sea and the village.

On the 1st floor is the apartment 2 for max. 4 persons with spacious kitchen, separate bedroom, bathroom with bathtub and washing machine and a large terrace with sea view of 20 m².

Both apartments are air-conditioned, have satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet. Guests of the Apartment 1 can wash their laundry with the landlords if necessary. The couple speaks Croatian as well as English, French and Italian.

The apartments are available from April to October. The arrival and departure should be on Saturdays or Sundays. Pets are unfortunately not allowed. The friendly landlords will receive you upon arrival and are also available to you if necessary.

A paved walk along the beach leads directly to the center which is reached after 600m. In the other direction you can go for nice walks. From Orebic there is a ferry every half hour to the nearby medieval town of Korcula, which is absolutely worth seeing due to its intact medieval structure and typical Mediterranean flair.

Suitable destinations are the villages Viganj, Kucisce and especially the medieval Korcula, as can be reached by ferry in 20min. Among the beauties of the Peljesac peninsula are the many idyllic bathing beaches and bays as well as the mountainous and lush green inland with fertile soils. The largest winegrowing region of Dalmatia with excellent wines like PLAVAC and DINGAC come from here.
