Absolutely Wonderful!
Very clean and comfortable; perfect location. Nice big pool steps away, close to the beach and just a couple minutes walk to the grocery store and lovely outdoor plaza with many restaurants.

What a spot
Beautiful location on the French side of Saint Martin. Gorgeous beach with many restaurants and bars right on the sand. We got great use of the pool, which was clean and well-kept. Home was great and close to everything.Would stay again.

Fabulous Condo!
We stayed 2 weeks in this fabulous condo and can’t say enough great things about the place itself and location! Alex made it easy for us logistically and we had everything we could need to make it feel like home. The owners even accommodated for us when the airport closed for bad weather and we were not able to fly home on the day we expected. The back porch was comfortable and private. We sat outside every evening to enjoy the beautiful ocean sounds. We are already discussing when we can come back to stay! Please check this amazing stay out!!

Beautiful condo just steps from the beach
We stayed 12 nights in this condo and had a wonderful time. Very clean and nice. We did end up buying 2 new pillows to sleep on as we both have issues with flat pillows. Loved the property and already made reservations for next year!

Alex n Severine extremely accommodating for check-in. Superb property for a couple for comfort, location and what was provided. We stayed 3 weeks and it was very welcoming to have the property cleaned, along with all bedding, towels and covers changed each week without asking. TV system (for rainy day) has to be the best we have ever come across on the island catering for wherever you live in the world. Very prompt responses to questions we had before and during our stay. Cannot fault and would recommend 100%

Great location
The location is great…close proximity to Orient Beach and lots of wonderful restaurants. The unit is small but clean and nicely furnished. The only things missing were nose tissue and sufficient amount of toilet paper. I had to go to store to purchase these. Additionally it would have been nice to have a book of instructions on how to use appliances ie washer, oven and tv.

Great rental convenient to Orient Beach
We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Very well decorated also. The best part was the convenience to the beach and the village. The pool was great too. It also had a private patio which was nice. The toilet room was very small but it was separate from the shower and sinks.

Perfect place to stay in Orient for our first visit. Host was great. He provided a food and beverage welcoming gift to help get us started on our vacation. Location is very convenient/easy walk to the beach, pool, and restaurants. The unit was up to date and clean. Highly recommend the property and host. We will definitely book on our next trip!

Quaint and Convenient
We have stayed in Sint Maartin/Saint Martin area many times, but this was the first time staying in the orient bay villiage. The owner met us on arrival and provided a tour of the condo. The condo was as described and as reflected in the pictures. FYI, there are many USB plugs in the walls of the living room and bedroom. I only had one question during our stay and that was answered promptly. We used the pool every evening to cool down after the beach and before heading out for the evening. Easy walk to the beach, grocery store and the plethora of restaurants in the area. You could stay here and never rent a car if you so desire. Great people, great condo and a great time!!

The pictures were spot on, location fabulous, a wonderful place to stay all around. It would be great if there was a sheet explaining how to use the oven stove and washing machine. Other than that fabulous. Orient Village is right next door with wonderful restaurants. We will be back.

Lovely vacation in Orient Bay!
My husband and I enjoyed an amazing vacation in this place. Super cute and great location! Looks exactly like the pics I n the listing but even more adorable. Located right behind Wai on Orient Bay beach is a fantastic location. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment in Orient Bay
Severine was very kind and communication with her was seamless. The apartment is perfectly located in Orient Bay. Less than 2 min walking distance from the beach. Very close to all the best restaurants, yet the place is very quiet. The pool is clean and the patio area was fantastic. Would highly recommend it.

Beaching it on St Martin
The villa was modern and clean and the perfect size for two people for a beach vacation. Additionally the property was as advertised online (WiFi, safe, air conditioning, etc). The proximity to the beach was amazing…across the street. And the 2-minute walk to the courtyard where you had a choice of a dozen or so restaurants was ideal. I’d definitely stay here again if I came back to St Martin

Simply Perfection!
The property was presented perfectly! Simply amazing. Perfect for a couple. The location on the island could not have been better. Owners were very responsive! Out the sliders to a lovely swimming pool that was spotless, and just outside of the private gated area, an expansive beach. Complete with beach restaurants and bars, all with a huge array of beverages and amazing meals. Part of a quaint village with grocery, bakeries and more restaurants all only a 5 minute walk away. We rented a car for 2 weeks, and the roads were very easy to navigate. Literally the best location on the island to use as a base for your travels to so many other places to visit. We loved it and will most definitely be back. We have typically stayed all inclusive and this was our first experience of this type. A total game changer for us. Also loved having the ability to do our laundry during our stay. Excellent security at the property as well - not that we even had a concern. One could never be disappointed with making the choice of staying at this property. Just got back to Michigan late last night and still in awe.

The condo is well equipped and located right next to the beach. It is neat and clean. From here you are less than 30 minutes from pretty much anywhere on the island. While we brought adapters to charge phones ect. The condo has built in usb chargers. We really can’t think of anything negative to say….

The check in and communication with the owners was very easy which is important after a long flight. The apartment is as pictured and has plenty of comfort benefits including a Nespresso coffee machine, a washing machine, beach towels and all you need to stay clean and tidy. Location is outstanding with the beach and Le Was Plage beach bar and restaurant directly in front less than 100 ft. We enjoyed our 8 days and wish it was longer. Thank you Severine and Alex for the perfect vacation for my wife and I.

Perfect for two!
This apartment was even better than described! Modern, clean, comfortable and updated but best of all, literally steps to the beautiful beach. We could hear the waves at night and early mornings were awesome having tea/coffee/champagne on the patio that overlooks the pool. Several restaurants are right around the corner…each one we tried was fresh and delicious. Communication with the owners was easy and they were both so helpful with all my questions! They recommended a driver for us (he was awesome!) and also arranged a nurse for the return Covid testing. We can’t wait to return and will definitely book this apartment with Alex and Severine again. Merci Beaucoup!
