A lovely house in a quiet area with friendly neighbours, close to amenities.
The inside of the property was absolutely fine and very well-equipped, especially in the kitchen, but the outside furniture needs to be replaced.It was clean and comfortable and within walking distance of shops, bars etc. We couldn't open the security gate at the patio doors which meant we didn't have direct access to the back garden, but luckily the front door was close enough and there was still privacy.

Perfect, home from home
A lovely 2/3 bed property, has all you need. Near to bars and restaurants, could use some new pillows but everything lovely and clean, would definitely recommend. Tracey, the owner is very friendly and very helpful, does everything to ensure you enjoy your stay.

Lovely and peaceful
We had a fabulous 2 weeks at the house, didn't do a lot as it was so hot, thank god for aircon. It was only 10 mins walk from the bars and restaurants on the Strip but away enough so you didn't hear anything. Tracey was really helpful from the off and answered any questions we had. The TV went kaput while we were there but was replaced the same day. The complex was spotless and the pool was fabulous, just a couple of mins from the house. Would recommend anyone to stay there, we intend to book again next year Thanks Tracey for letting us stay at the house

Fabulous holiday house!
Great location and very well furnished. Had everything we needed for a fabulous family holiday. Pool large and clean, owner was very prompt at replying with any questions. Only thing in my opinion would be a dining table indoors but just a little thing, did not detract from a great holiday.

Lovely property
Really lovely property with modern décor and nicely maintained and very clean. Spacious outside area for loungers and there's a patio area with BBQ. The house is situated in a quiet area although it is only about 10mins walk to the Cabo Roig strip and about 10-15mins walk to the La Zenia area and the La Zenia Boulevard. I would be happy to recommend this property to my friends and family.

Excellent property with ample space and well situated for all amenities.
Had a wonderful week at the property . The area has wonderful beaches and although a car not essential I would recommend one . I have been to the area 7 times now so know it very well. Wonderful choice of bars and restaurants down the road. Ideal for a quiet holiday for couples or families.

A nice property in a good location . . . however!!!
We enjoyed a good ten days in the property, which is in a good location within 1km of La Zenia and Cabo Roig beaches, shops, bars, restaurants. However, there were some concerns - that I hope the owner (Tracey, very helpful) takes as constructive comments - as follows: The inside dining table had been removed and replaced with a bed, the weather was unusually wet and windy and we had to eat breakfast on our laps on the sofas; the main bedroom wardrobe was not available for use as it contained the owner's belongings, if there were four or six people using the house this would be most inconvenient; access to the roof solarium was locked off with a padlock; the barbeque was unusable without giving it a good 2-hour clean. Again, I hope Tracey takes these comments constructively, as I think she has just started renting her home out, so can take some action to remedy them. Again, a lovely property, in a lovely area, some helpful tips and advice for eating out etc, a very helpful owner quick to respond to us . . . but a bit of TLC on the property would be useful.

Nice house close to everything.
My wife and I stayed at this house, its in a very quiet area at the end of a cul-de-sac. Everything is not too far away, 15 minutes walk to the beach, 15 minutes walk to a massive outside shopping center and 10 minutes walk to the strip where all the restaurants are in the evening. We stayed five weeks and had a wonderfull time. The house itself has everything you need, its like being at home, bathroom downstairs and upstairs. Can definately recommend this accommodation ! Plenty of room for up to 6 people. If we go back to this area we will certainly use again. The owner was always online to answer any questions. Mervyn & Nicole.

Property is ideally situated at the end of a cul de sac close to amenities.
The villa was great spacious with two bathrooms,the patio was private and large with a shady eating area.With the villa being at the end it was quiet and only a short work the local restaurant Di Stefanos (Swedent) Walking to the strip was no problem and taxis back were great..

Beschreibung und Bewertungen entsprechen keinesfalls den Gegebenheiten
Schon bei Ankunft fiel der unordentliche Aussenbereich ins Auge. Terrassenmöbel kaputt, Wäsche auf der Leine, Unkraut in den Fugen der Fliesen, ausgetrocknete Pflanzen, Liegen zum entsorgen, Flaschenlager leerer Gasflaschen. Der negative Eindruck setzte sich im Inneren fort. Eine Zentralheizung war zwar eingebaut aber weder gas- noch elektroseitig angeschlossen und somit nicht benutzbar. In der Küche klaffte ein Schlitz in der Decke, in dem man versuchte die Heizungsrohre zu verlegen und vergaß diese zu verkleiden. Geschirrspüler war nicht vorhanden, ebenso die angepriesenen Gewürze. Das Esszimmer wurde auch als Depot für kaputte Campingstühle und fleckige Auflagen benutzt. In der Ecke von Badewanne und Ablage darüber war Schimmel. Die Sauberkeit entsprach ebenfalls nicht unseren Erwartungen. Eine Weiterempfehlung für dieses Haus, im derzeitigen Zustand, kann ich nicht geben.

Lovely, great value for money
The villa is very spacious, comfortable, with everything you need to have great holidays, it really was a second home, with friendly neighbours. WiFi and aircon are big advantages. Plenty of outside space with loungers and very quiet nice dining areas, including BBQ although we did not use it. Wonderfull pool with shaded areas, it was always very quiet during our stay. Ideally situated within walking distance to all amenities. Many beaches nearby, our favorite is Mil Palmeras. La Zenia shopping centre is about 5 minutes by car away, but we walked there one evening in about 15 minutes, it has all the shops you can imagine and lots of places to eat as well. You must have chicken and roast potatoes from the chicken shack at the side of the Consum supermarket. Tracey (owner) was fantastic in ensuring we had a comfortable stay, thank you for sharing your home with us. We would definitely recommend this rental and will go back
