Very luxurious Villa for 6 people with its own swimming pool, 3 bedrooms, just 3.8 km from the sea. (2 double beds and one bunk bed with pull-out bed) + 2 bathrooms, large solarium (sun terrace).

The Villa is equipped with all facilities such as: Air conditioning, free WIFI, TV (ps4 and netflix), BBQ, well-equipped kitchen (microwave / oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, kettle, etc.), washing machine, drying rack, iron, bed linen, towels, baby cot, high chair included, ... Wonderful property
We stayed at this property for two weeks and absolutely loved it. The villa was exceptionally clean and modern, with a fantastic outdoor space that included a pool and stunning views of Villa Martin and the mountains—perfect for enjoying a drink while watching the sunset. The key holder/maintenance man, who lives next door, was always available to answer any questions and keep the pool spotless. Villa Martin Plaza is just a 20-minute walk from the villa. If you're looking for a relaxing, peaceful getaway in the sun, I highly recommend this place!

Holiday in Villa Martin
We really enjoyed the Villa, it was modern, clean and bright. It was a little bit further away from amenities than we thought so a car is essential. Unable to use the tv but other than that it was lovely. Eddie, the point of contact was very good, helpful and friendly.

Great Villa and location
We enjoyed our week here, even though the weather in the first 3 days was poor. The villa is stunning and has everything you need for a family break. The parking space in the villa was too tight to use but wasn't a big deal, more a flaw with the construction/design, not the owners fault. We like the area and had been before so we knew what to expect. Nice walk to Vllamartin Plaza, 20-25 mins walk. Would recommend. thanks

Amazing villa with great views
We stayed at this amazing villa for 2 weeks and wished it was for longer. From start to finish weather was great, location was great and property was first class. Property manager was a pleasure to deal with and we all enjoyed our stay. We will be back. 😊😊😊👌

Ruhiger und entspannender Aufenthalt
Bei der kurzfristigen Buchung und Besichtigung vor Ort waren Gastgeber und Hauskeeper sehr freundlich und kommunikativ. Das Haus war sehr schick, sauber und überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet bzw. eingerichtet. Der sehr schöne Ausblick und die ruhige Lage waren mit entscheidend für einen entspannten Urlaub. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass es im 2. Eltern-Schlafzimmer (das hinterste der 3. Schlafräume) etwas muffig gerochen hat. Danke an Roxanne und den Hauskeeper für die Flexibilität beim Check-In und Check-Out. Wir haben den Urlaub genossen.

Estuvimos alojados una semana, una pareja y una niña de 5 años. La casa está totalmente equipada, los vecinos un encanto atentos a cualquier detalle que necesites. La casa estaba muy limpia y esta equipada con todo lo que puedas necesitar, la piscina no es muy grande pero suficiente.

Wundervoller Urlaub im Traumhaus
Die Lage und die Ausstattung des Hauses ist einzigartig. Es fehlt an Nichts. Der Pool und die Aussicht sind wundervoll. Die Einrichtung ist vollkommen. Die Strände sind ca. 3 bis 6 km entfernt, ebenso die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub in der Villa und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, vielen Dank!

Superbe villa avec un comfort parfait.
Le seul issue est la place pour la voiture dans la propriété… petite voiture ok, voiture familiale à dur à se mettre vu la largeur de la porte d’entré. Donc pas prendre une trop grande voiture 😂mais pour le reste impeccable séjour à la villa. Vraiment top.

Nice place to relax
Casa amplia, muy bien equipada, todo prácticamente nuevo y con todas las comodidades. Piscina y barbacoa. Aire acondicionado. Buena comunicación con la dueña. Vecinos muy agradables. En contra: algo apartado (necesario coche sí o sí) y sin parking (aunque espacio para dejar coche dentro y a la puerta). En general buena experiencia. Recomendable.

Maison fonctionnelle pour un séjour idéal !
Un grand merci aux propriétaires qui ont pensé à tout dans cette maison hyper fonctionnelle ! Tout était prévu, aussi bien pour les adultes que pour les enfants (de la vaisselle au mobilier pour bébé). Sans oublier la vue exceptionnelle, puisqu'il n'y avait aucun vis à vis direct. Nous avons également pu compter sur la sympathie des voisins. C'est donc sans hésitation que nous renouvellerons notre séjour l'année prochaine.

Superbe villa tout confort
Bonjour, Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette villa située dans le golf ressort de Villamartin. La villa est magnifique et bien située, à l’intérieur tout le confort est au rendez vous et les petites attentions de la propriétaire sont appréciées (café, boisson au frais et même de quoi se faire un petit repas improvisé). Nous tenons à souligner la réactivité de la propriétaire qui a su résoudre un problème de volets roulants en moins de 2h (belle réactivité). La piscine a été assez grande pour 2 ados et les parents. Les lits confortables et le salon aéré avec en prime netflix et la ps4 ce qui a ravi nos ados. Merci pour ces vacances qui ont été réussi et je recommande cette villa et ce coin de paradis en Espagne. Peut être à l’année prochaine j’espere... Famille H.
