Weā€™ve just returned from an excellent stay at Acros Resort - theres a really relaxed vibe about the place, with a beautiful backdrop of the surrounding mountains. Gorgeous sunsets. Everything was super clean, we had a fair choice of items for breakfast and we were so impressed with the staff;. Theyā€™re a young bunch that did such a great job of tending to us in a really friendly, professional manner. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We also enjoyed some delicious cooked meals (and great wine selection) in the evenings, a credit to the chef! We would recommend Acros to anyone staying in the VlorĆ« county without question.

Emplacement calme avec vue montagne et mer. Petit bĆ©mol : une boisson chaude par personne pour le petit dĆ©jeuner et pas forcĆ©ment de cocktails mais Ƨa nā€™empĆŖche pas de passer un bon sĆ©jour

The place is very clean, the pool and surroundings are amazing. The hotel seems like it started working. Before it being fully finished. There is no phone to contact reception in the rooms, there are no tissues, coffee machine or boiler in the room. Our room was quite small. Thereā€™s no gym but they will make one. The bar in the pool area is not working and there is a warning that you canā€™t take food to the pool area. It has potential but it isnā€™t a fully functional hotel yet and it felt expensive for what it was. That being said, once you are in the pool looking at the mountains, you forget about that.

El hotel es hermoso, se nota que es nuevo. La ubicaciĆ³n es ideal, cerca a Vlore, Orikum y Dhermi, con parqueadero privado gratuito. AdemĆ”s de la piscina exterior, tiene una piscina interior hermosa y zonas hĆŗmedas. La habitaciĆ³n es amplia y muy cĆ³moda, tenĆ­amos un balcĆ³n grande con vistas excelentes. Creo que el hotel tiene bastante potencial pero debe mejorar varios aspectos para que la experiencia de los huĆ©spedes sea excelente: 1. Poner caja fuerte en las habitaciones (me sorprende que un hotel de esta categorĆ­a no tenga) 2. Mejorar el desayuno! Esto nos decepcionĆ³ mucho, muy poca variedad y nada especial, los huevos eran increĆ­blemente grasosos, la fruta no era buena, solo un tipo de cereal, no habĆ­a avena/granola, en la secciĆ³n de mermeladas no habĆ­a una etiqueta indicando de quĆ© eran (habĆ­a como 12 bowls y uno no sabĆ­a que se estaba comiendo), en las mesas nunca pusieron servilletas (las tenĆ­amos que pedir/buscar), para las bebidas tambiĆ©n tenĆ­amos que buscar al mesero donde fuera que estuviera para pedirlas, etc.. 3. Mejorar el servicio/entrenar el personal, el servicio fue malo y poco profesional, atienden niƱos y adolescentes que no estĆ”n pendientes de las necesidades de los clientes, siempre tenĆ­amos que buscarlos/perseguirlos para pedirles cosas bĆ”sicas como servilletas, cubiertos, bebidas. No hay nadie en la piscina a quien se le pueda pedir bebidas ni nada por el estilo. Si el hotel mejora esto, serĆ­a perfecto y pagarĆ­a mĆ”s!!! AĆŗn asĆ­ lo recomiendo
