Centrally located 2-bedroom condo in Orlando! Situated just minutes away from all of Orlando's major attractions and venues, you'll have easy access to everything the city has to offer. Located on the first floor of a diverse community, our spacious condo offers a comfortable and convenient stay. The bedrooms are well-appointed, with a king bed in the master bedroom and two bunk beds in the second bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa. Please excuse the mess we are renovating the pipes and asphalt.

The Space:
The condo features 2 bedrooms, each with a TV, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room with a queen sleeper sofa. You can stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi internet and take advantage of the convenience of having a washer and dryer right in the condo. The Neighborhood:
In the neighborhood, you'll experience the welcoming ambiance of an ethnically-diverse area. The area is pleasantly quiet, with the occasional sound of children playing outside in the late afternoon or the distant melodies of music from our friendly neighbors. As our condo is not located on a main street, you'll be spared from the noise of busy traffic. Rest easy knowing that the community is under 24/7 video surveillance, and security patrols the neighborhood from 3 PM to 7 AM. During normal business hours, the association monitors the video and ensures maintenance to the community.

Other Things to Note:
Parking is free but you MUST provide your license plate number so I can register you as a visitor to avoid the possibility of your vehicle getting towed. There are no assigned parking spots, so you can park conveniently in front of the condo or in the guest parking area. To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide complimentary coffee, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent in the unit.
