Our villa is family owned and we do understand the importance of every detail that will make your vacation a real success. We make sure our villa is in top shape, well equipped and well supplied; our objective is to provide you with a home away from home. As we are using it regularly, we take good care for you and us to really enjoy.

We decorated the Adventure Villa to really enhance your vacation and the thematic approach will certainly make your stay a memorable one. You will find smart 4K HD TV in the living room, smart HD TV's in the master bedrooms, high speed internet, Wi-Fi access, and free long distance calls to USA and Canada.

The villa offers a west facing private pool and has a covered area with colored comfortable patio furniture.

Villa layout details: The kitchen is very well equipped and has new stainless steel appliances. The dining room is open on the living room, making an outstanding common area to maximize the family interactions. There is enough space for all guests to dine together.

There are 4 bedrooms;
Africa Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, King size bed.
Harry Potter bedroom with ensuite bathroom, Queen size bed.
Star Wars bedroom with full size bunk beds .
Choose your own layout for children bedroom, Pirate or Princess Frozen, twin size beds.

The villa offer a west facing private pool, to maximize the sun exposure, after all Florida is the sunshine state. As well there is a covered area with patio furniture, so you can take a break from the sun, organize a meal outside or still enjoy the warm weather on the occasional rainy days.

Villa location and surroundings: Our Adventure Vacation Villa is located in the peaceful Rolling Hills subdivision and located close to all Disney attractions and theme parks, only 3.5 miles (5km) from Disney main gate.
We are surrounded with beautiful golf courses; in fact we are neighbors to the beautiful Mystic Dunes golf club.

A great stay
This house was truly a great house for our stay. About 15 minutes from Disney and five minutes from super Walmart.The house is done up so cute especially if you’re going there for Disney! The kids loved all the different rooms, all the little details that were put into each room.We truly appreciated all the little extra amenities like pods for the dishwasher and the washing machine and paper towels, and toilet paper that helped make our stay a bit easier. These owners truly go above and beyond to make sure that your stay a wonderful experience.The water pressure in the showers is the best I’ve ever experienced at any rental! And we had hot water for it felt like days!! You have no idea how wonderful that is when an adult has been walking around parks all day and just need some time to relax!! The only dislikes we could possibly stay are, there is no great lighting by the pool only by the patio, so swimming at night is a little bit difficult and our kids definitely want to go swimming after a full day at the park.Thank you for being great hosts! We will definitely recommend this until others.

Great stay!
We absolutely loved our stay!! Everything was extremely accommodating and the owners were very responsive to any questions we had. We loved the different room themes! The Harry Potter room was an absolute plus!! The pool was wonderful and very warm for the month of December! We loved this place and highly recommend!! We would only recommend because we stayed there at Christmas that there would have been a Christmas tree.

Great place to stay for Disney trip
We stayed here in October 2024. After a week in a Disney hotel, this property was great for us to have some more space and slow down a bit. Check in was very easy, Lucie was very easy to get hold of and answer any questions - including keeping us up to date after the hurricane. The property is in great condition, the themes of each room were such a surprise for our children and the house has literally everything you could need for your stay. The kitchen is well stocked, little things like laundry tablets or extra towels all helped in making it a great week's holiday for us. The place is 15 minutes from any of the parks, 3 big supermarkets within 5 minute drive and the road is very quiet and not overlooked at all. We can't wait to come back again!

We had an amazing stay. The home was extremely clean and had everything we need. It was only about 15 minutes from Disney which was fantastic. Kids loved the pool and game room. Highly recommended and we’ll definitely stay again for our next Disney trip.

Best choice I ever made!!
This home has everything you could want! My kids had their own rooms, adults had their own space. The pool area is amazing and having the luxury of a washer/dryer made packing lighter an awesome perk! We will definitely be staying here again!!!

The hosts put alot if effort into this house. It is just as the pictures portray. We were supposed to do Disney, but switched to Universal and it was still and easy commute. Plenty of restaurants close by. We could have booked a hotel or 2 br suite, but the extra space of this house was great when vacationing with teenage boys.

Why stay at the park?
This was a great place to stay visiting FL to go to Disney and SeaWorld. Very close to get to the parks and plenty of restaurants and activities near by. Best Vacation Ever
We stayed for 2 weeks. The house was everything you see and even better in person. To be able to relax in the pool after a hot summer day in the parks was just perfect. Perfect Disney vacation
Our family had a wonderful time at Adventure Villa! The house was even cuter in person; no detail was missed. The Harry Potter room was a source of argument between my daughters but in the end the younger one just claimed the Star Wars AND Princess bedrooms! The pool was a welcome relief after hot days at the parks & the best part was that it was private, no crowds to deal with like if we stayed at a Disney hotel. The owners Lucie & Alain were the perfect hosts checking in to see if everything was to our satisfaction, which it was. We definitely made the right choice by staying at Adventure Villa!

Wonderful place to stay!
This property was perfect for the 7 of us. It was clean, easy to get to, and very close to Disney property. The house itself was perfect for our 2 families. We all enjoyed the pool and game room. There was enough seating for all of us in the living room, and we all fit around the table by the pool. We also appreciated the ease of doing laundry, and the owners/ managers were very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

This house was perfect for 2 families of 4. Plenty of space for everyone to not get in each other's way getting ready. The neighborhood is quiet and clean, and the commute to the Disney parks was simple. The pool was exactly what we needed for a break from the parks on a hot day. Great place !
The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The house accommodated everything we needed for our week long stay.My teenage boys loved the game room and a place to escape from the family after family time. The pool was heated well to good temperature , my husband love the smoker and food tasted great on it and love the extra toys around the house for my 2 year old to play with. Only thing I would recommend is to let renters know when pool and maintenance comes so we could have planned our days around them being at the house.for example kids no more then got into the pool and had to get out because pool guy came and then had to wait hour to get back in on a 80 degree day.then on another day had to leave outside area because maintenance had to come and fix screen above pool area, just a heads up next time. Besides that it was a great week and great place to stay with the family!
