Nasty hotel
This hotel should not be part of Hilton. It’s an old best western and conditions are deplorable. Everything old and found two roaches in bathroom. Checked in at 245 am and housekeeping knocks at 8 am even though sign is on door. Then @815 front desk calls to say they have you as a no show.. Why would you call my room to ask if I’m there if you have me as no show? Front desk was reading comic books when arrived and never put it down

It’s a quiet and clean property. For low price you get a quality room which is closer to SeaWorld. So basically park your car at the property and walk to sea world and aquatic so you save some good amount of money from parking cost.

I was hesitant to stay because of the negative reviews. We picked this hotel because of the convenience right next to SeaWorld. Free parking, walked to SeaWorld (10 minutes walk) so we didn't pay parking there either. Clean, no bugs, comfy bed, you can hear others but I had no trouble sleeping as everyone was quiet by bedtime. Breakfast is fine: bagels, muffins, coffee, juice, fruit, yogurt. Enough for heading to the theme park. Within 5 minutes walk is Subway, Marcos Pizza, Cheddars, Chinese restaurant, sports bar, plenty to choose from so you don't have to drive . This is not a fancy hotel, but it was clean, convenient, and comfortable. Would definitely stay again if visiting SeaWorld

I booked 3 rooms and 1 room the air was not working i said the boy was happened he told me he can’t change the rrom because isn’t no more rooms available we had to share a room with one of us then the next day they gave us another room which did not serve the key and then it was the toilet

My stay got progressively worst and I was only there for 2 days. Besides poorly done "renovations" and exposed electrical wires, I woke up to bites all over from bed bugs! The worst experience I have had in a long while.

First off.. Raul was rude. Terrible professionalism. Raised his voice at me literally five seconds after walking in the door. Had a terrible attitude and has no business working in any hotel. He asked for my id, i thought he asked my name and lost it because i could not understand what he was saying. Walked up to room after this.. room smelled terrible of mold and mildew. The vent in the ac unit was so caked up with black and white mold, everytime we turned it on our lungs and throats began to hurt/burn. We stuck it out the first night without turning on the ac unit to minimize our sore throats. Immediately checked out the next morning and found a nicer hotel down the street for our remaining 3 nights in orlando. Stay far away from this hotel. Dia on the other hand did have a good attitude the next morning who worked at the desk. Other than that, probably the worst hotel ive ever stayed at.

Nice clean comfortable rooms great for the price. We stayed twice and they stored our bags for a week between stays.
