I booked a deluxe 1 bedroom and paid more for it. Upon check in they put us in the much smaller 1 bedroom. I then had to pack everything back up and my family
And go back to the front desk. When I went to the front desk to correct the issue they told me I didn’t book a deluxe room. I showed them my receipt that said deluxe 1 bedroom and they argued with me that because my email confirmation did not say deluxe that there was nothing they could do and that there were no more deluxe rooms available. I then became upset and told them I paid more for this room and my receipt says this is the room I booked and that’s the room I want. After going back and forth and being gaslit (saying I didn’t book a deluxe) a deluxe room magically became available. I was told not to book through a “third party site” because they don’t book the correct rooms. I have stayed here and booked through this website at least 10 times and have never had any issues. I was not pleased with how we were treated upon check in. No apology nothing.
