Built on an over sized plot, our home offers the 'Best of Both Worlds'. Guests may relax on the private pool terrace area, which is screened for your protection from insects, and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the unspoilt open countryside. President's Day Trip
This lovely home is located in an older housing community. We were pleasantly surprised when we drove up to the home. It is well kept up and catches your attention when you see it! When we entered the home, everything was clean and it instantly felt like "home". The layout was awesome! Pool area was so cute!! A smaller pool with a hot tub. Cute eating area and the view out the back was beautiful! We got to watch squirrels, bunnies, and lots of birds, especially cardinals.My favorite part of the home was the shower in the master bath!! I think out of all the homes we've rented in FLA, this was my favorite shower!!! If you are looking for a home for your next Central FLA vacation, my husband & I highly suggest you check this one out!!

Fantastic long weekend stay (4 nights) at a well appointed house. Everything was comfortable and I love how Terry has gone above and beyond to create QR codes around the house to let you know how things work. Overall, it checked all the boxes for us and everything worked as it should! Very quiet and backs up to a nature preserve where we got to witness a ton of wildlife. Would definitely stay here again!

Property was very beautiful. Great location, about 20 mins from disney and half hour from universal. Down the road from walmart and gas stations! My son uses a wheelchair and it was great for him. He was able to go anywhere in the house, even out back on the pool deck! Would recommend a hand held shower head for easier use. Overall a great house. Will be staying here again.

Fabulous Villa in quiet residential location
A perfect villa for our stay with friends. We all enjoyed the fabulous showers and made good use of the well equipped kitchen, there's even a great coffee machine. This was such a great home for our large family of 7! We felt secluded from the hustle and bustle of Orlando, yet not far from everything we needed during our stay! Terry makes it easy to find information quickly on how to operate things in the home, down to the sliding glass door blinds.
