Please note that the initial credit card information requested during the booking process is solely for website registration purposes. Welfare Vacation Homes will subsequently request your credit card details through our property management system for the actual payment. We have implemented a thorough three-step authorization process to ensure the utmost information security:
1. Submission of Reservation Agreement and Credit Card Information.
2. Submission of a Personal Portrait Holding the Credit Card and ID.
3. Electronic Signatures Verification.
Additionally, we are delighted to offer our valued guests the option of installment payments. The availability of this installment option is determined by the number of full months between the booking and check-in dates.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 30 days before your arrival date. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival or fail to show up, you will be charged the full price of your reservation. However, if you cancel up to 30 days before your arrival date, you will only have to pay the 3.5% credit card fee. In the event of a cancellation, we will process any refund owed on the scheduled check-in day.

Early check-in or late checkout may be available for an extra charge if the property schedule permits it.
A Pack & Play and a High Chair will be available if you request one day before your arrival.
For the best convenience of our guests, we provide basic supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and essential kitchen items like salt, sugar, and pepper for the first days of the stay.
BBQ Grill has an additional cost of $50 for use during the reservation. Please request a BBQ grill one day before your arrival.
Terra Verde Resort HOA requirement: Upon check-in, guests must purchase a $25 non-refundable gate card for each vehicle entering the community.
Please be advised that every Tuesday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, the pool maintenance company will be on the property to balance the chemical levels in the pool. During this period, the pool will be unavailable for use and may only be accessed three hours after the maintenance is completed. This service is conducted to ensure the safety and well-being of you and your guests.
