Guest service employees were very nice. After New Year’s Eve celebration we came in and the marketplace store was closed, but they opened the store up for us to be able to grab a couple of things we had forgotten to pack. Room was very spacious, perfect for family with little ones.

I really liked the Pizza Hut on property for when we can late from the parks hungry. We also enjoyed the transportation as well and hot breakfast.

We stayed in a king room with firework view and balcony. It was a very comfortable, extremely large room! We felt it was a wonderful value for the money. Pretty pool. Nice free breakfast with lots of options. We will definitely stay again.

Wow, the family was very impressed with the Drury. The amenities and free, breakfast and afternoon food was awesome. The pool was great although we didnt go in, we sat out there and enjoyed the kids and family. Staff, are super pleasant and helpful. This is a must stay for families, with ease of access to Disney Springs and buses to the theme parks. I know where to stay for any future WDW stays.

I had an amazing stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure all my needs were met. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The complimentary breakfast and evening reception were a nice touch, providing a great start to the day and a relaxing way to wind down in the evening. The location was also perfect, with easy access to local attractions. Overall, my experience exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend the Drury Plaza Hotel for anyone visiting the area!

We went for an Anniversary getaway and wanted to be close to Disney Springs. The property was great! We really enjoyed the drinks and food from the bar area, the snacks from the “kickback” area and the staff were very personable. We would definitely recommend

This hotel is conveniently priced and includes breakfast and a small dinner that will save you lots of money. There's also a free shuttle to the Disney parks. It's important to notice that this is not a Disney hotel, so you won't get any privileges when buying passes (to get on rides faster, not the ones to just enter the park). It will be the standard 3 days to have access to those passes. It's super easy to grab uber anywhere you go so if you don't have a big family, you can get away with not renting a vehicle. Some families with small children were actually using the free shuttle.
