Well, when I first checked in, we got the room key and the hotel room had bugs in the shower then I called downstairs they told me that they can switch me to another room and then that room that the second room had roaches and the sink and then after I checked out of that room, they put me in another room and it was just finally got a room that was sort of clean but all three rooms. The bottom of the showers were not clean. They had dirt on the bottom of them so overall it was just a bad experience, I like the hotel but on this visit it was just a downhill and that is what I have to say about my stay and I had to check out to get a new hotel. Somewhere else just wasn’t pleasant for me at all and my family.

Great stay! All the facilities in the hotel are amazing, breakfast in the morning really good for a grab and go before any park or activities. We stayed in one of the loft (Suite/ apartment) and we love it, spacious, clean and with a little kitchen with all your needed items. Definitely coming back

Loved the layout of the rooms. The room darkening blinds were amazing.

At first it was a bit complicated, because we didn't sleep at all the first night. We were in a room on the first floor, next to an access door, and every time someone came in or out the door would slam. In the morning I went to talk to the receptionist and explained the situation, and she immediately moved me to another room, asking me to wait only half an hour because the room was being cleaned. Nebraska was very helpful and readily offered to help us. From then on our stay was great, new hotel, clean and spacious rooms, very polite and courteous staff. I loved the gym and the pool too. I will stay here again, especially because of the service at the front desk.
