Enjoy the perfect family vacation when you book into our fully renovated unit at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Orlando Lake Buena Vista hotel near Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Studios. Kids and adults will appreciate all that our suite has to offer and our location makes us the perfect stay to experience the best Orlando attractions.

Our one bedroom suite offers two queen beds. Separate living area with a full-size sleeper sofa, a dining area plus a kitchen, one bathroom and kitchen.

The space
Our suite has been renovated as of June 2018. Its located in Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Orlando Lake Buena Vista one bedroom offers two queen size beds with tv for a delicious rest after a tiring day in Orlando. Enjoy a separate living room with a full size sofa bed with TV, a dining area and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator with ice maker, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, stove, microwave, crockery and cooking utensils. The location is one of the best in all of Orlando! We are a few blocks away from the PREMIUM outlet shops, as well as other excellent shopping. We are also a stones throw away many restaurants like Olive Garden, Mcdonalds, Hooters and many many more. On top of that we are also only 1 mile away from Disney. The location is one of the best in all of Orlando!

Our Suite has all the comforts you would have at home and more.
You can also enjoy all the amenities of the Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Orlando Lake Buena Vista complex with no extra charges.

There are also free shuttles to the Parks. Timings can change so please do check with the front desk for timings.

We are a few blocks away from the PREMIUM outlet shops, as well as other excellent shopping. We are also a stones throw away many restaurants like olive garden, Mcdonalds, Hooters and many many more. On top of that we are also only 1 mile away from Disney. The location is one of the best in all of Orlando!

Check out time is STRICTLY at 11AM. Any late check out is subjected to a late check out fee of USD100. Please note that there is no hair and body soap provided! Breakfast and shuttle is not provided!

Self-catered house. As a courtesy, we do leave you a few supplies to get you started until you have a chance to shop. You may find 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom (one in the holder and one extra), a roll of paper towel, a couple of trash bags, laundry detergent for a load, liquid dish soap.

The amenities are managed Property Management, and from time to time they do require maintenance and may not be available. This is beyond our control. We apologize in advance if any of the facilities/amenities are under maintenance during your stay. No refunds will be given in this event.

From time to time certain offerings inside the condo (i.e. a blow dryer, cable TV, wifi, washer/dryer etc.) may break, become interrupted or go missing all together. Sometimes this happens without our prior knowledge as the previous guest might not inform us. We do apologize in advance if this occurs during your stay. If something like this occurs during your stay, please advise immediately so we can try to fix the problem as soon as possible. No refunds are given in this event.

Simple but nice
Plan on a few snacks but otherwise going out for meals as there’s only a small microwave and dorm refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable in in a quiet neighborhood where you actually get sleep as opposed to the hotels. Host was very nice and accommodating check in and out was easy And it’s a small clean studio.

Host was great, provided all information and even checked up on us. Basic place, perfect for a short stay to be close to Disney parks. Clean room with all you need. Quiet, safe, comfy beds. It’s an older hotel room, so you expect the carpet stains and smell, older bath tub/shower and kitchen. Not exactly renovated like the listing says. We would still stay here again for it’s convenience.

Hidden Gem!
Wife and I stayed 3 nights while visiting family in the area. Found the unit to be comfortable, safe, and clean. Room smelled nice and the pool area was just as delightful. Close to local shopping at the Springs and all things Disney. Great place for the price point. Communications was great with owners and they were very responsive in the process.

Stay While Visiting Disney
My son and his family were staying at the Contemporary resort and this rental was close to where they were which made it very convenient for me to visit them and go to parks with them. This unit is very nicely decorated and when my granddaughters stayed with me overnight, they thought it was great. There were many restaurants close by which made it convenient for me on my evenings away from the parks. Very comfortable and felt secure since it was located inside of a hotel.

Clean and with beautiful, loved the artwork. The only downsize was that the stove is small so it’s good for warming up food but if you’re planning on cooking some of the meals this will not work. It only has two burners and they took forever. Worked fine for breakfast.

Absolutely perfect
I meant to leave a review weeks ago and completely forgot! We were in Orlando to put together a baby shower for a family member and needed a central location. This could not have been more convenient, and we loved the decor! Being close to Disney was a plus too. The amenities were extremely useful and we couldn't not have been more comfortable. Just two minor things - the key card never worked for us, even after asking to have it fixed by the front desk. This wasn't a big deal, of course. Also, the VRBO listing said something about leaving garbage near the ice machine, but the room instructions said to take garbage to the dumpster, which we did, and thought that may have needed clarification. This was wonderful and I'm so grateful to the hosts. Thank you for your hospitality!

I stayed with my parents for a short trip to Disney! Magic Kingdom is about a 15 minute car ride. When I read previous reviews, I thought Disney was closer. I think this location is closer to Sea World and Universal. Overall, this condo was clean and the beds were super comfortable. The owner was super nice and responsive. Condo rental was priced reasonably. Part of this resort are hotel rooms and some units are privately owned. I went to the front desk to ask for a little bar of soap and I was told that this was an owned unit and they couldn't help me so my advice is to stop at the store for some basic essentials. Overall, had a great stay and would stay here again.
