When we got there for check in they didn’t have a room for us, ended up giving us a room that had some issues ex: broken refrigerator, hole in bathroom wall, burn holes on the table. Didn’t offer any type of discount for the room. The front desk staff was super nice though. Breakfast was very limited, but we did grab a couple of granola bars for the kids.

The property is run down. There were holes in the couch. A hole in the wall. Dents all along the refrigerator. Strong smell of cigarette in the room. The floor boards in the bathroom are coming off and to top it off I killed 3 roaches in the short time of being in the room. It was a very dirty place to stay and in no way up to the standard of other extended stay hotels I have been to. It’s a shame because over this experience I will never stay at an extended stay again. Luckily I was able to get a refund for the room but still very disappointed that I stayed or brung my luggage into that room.

You get less than you pay for
This was a stop over and for the price i wasnt expecting much. But their system was down and we had to be checked in manially, that took 30 minutes, their elevator elevator was broken amd we werent informed until after checking in, so we had carry bags upstairs. The night staff didn't really seem to care about anything, had us going around the whole hotel to find out room when it was in actuality right above the front desk. The room was dingy and outdated and the appliances were rusty. To top it all off, though they had a breakfast room the breakfast options were at the front desk and only consisted if nutrigrain bars, instant oatmeal, and muffins. Water and coffee to drink no juice or milk for kids. This place was not even worth the price.

IT WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST, IT WAS AMAZING, CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, IT SMELLED SO GOOD, THE ROOMS ARE SO BIG AND THEY LOOK MORE LIKE APARTMENTS, AND THIS WOMAN NAMED GLORIA WAS SO NICE AND PROFESSIONAL, IT WAS JUST THE MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE EVER, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE

The entire building needs a full renovation. There's rust and calcium deposits on most of the bathroom fittings. Fridge rusted, stove dirty, microwave rusty, carpet worn and musty. The entire staff is the only redeeming quality.

This is more than a hotel
It is clean but when it comes to the pool it needs to be clean, the hot tub it needs service is not working. The breakfast is a grab to go, coffee, tea, chocolate, muffins and snack bar, instant oatmeal, you have to make it all yourself. This is more like a living quarters people live here and they be hanging in the hallway making noise at night. If your not staying here more than 1 week you have to clean your own room and do your own bed, they don't have room services. The front desk was nice, if you need towels, linens, garage bags toilet tissue they will provide you with.
