Don’t ask the front staff for local information
Close to UCF campus. Very clean hotel. Breakfast was very good many selections and on different days the hot food was changed so not always the same hot food. Front desk needs to learn more about the area-asked about shopping other than target down the street like a mall and she said she does all her shopping online. Also asked about Florida Tolls to a different clerk and she had no idea either how they worked or where I could get a temporary- I went 1 week post Milton Storm. So I went to Florida DOT website to learn that the Governor deemed no paying at the tolls while I was there which was nice but concerned that I basically had to do majority of the lift/lookimg for information about Florida and things to do in the Orlando area other than the major theme parks

This hotel is a hidden gem. I like everything about it. The room was very clean, and spacious. They have free breakfast and a lot of options. Staff was very kind. I would definitely stay there again.

Extremely clean and very well maintained hotel near the University of Central Florida. Set back off the road the hotel is very quiet and attended by a gracious and hospitable staff.

This was booked for a business trip. 4 nights. There was hair on the bed (not ours) and there was no room service the entire time. We had to go to the front desk for everything which was quite inconvenient. I doubt we would book here again.
