I would like to complement the entire staff that I dealt with especially the kitchen staff that prepared the breakfast. The two girls that were there were so friendly and confident and actually look like they were happy to be at work. I can’t say enough about them I really enjoyed it there. I will return.

Amazing Staff
Upon first arrival. We did have to request a room change. Because our initial room smelled strongly of mildew. But Franklin at the room desk was very accommodating and switched us within minutes into a better room. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly during breakfast and every other part of our stay. We were extremely close to Universal Studios and Ubers were always readily available. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Orlando.

They charge for parking. First night the cops were out front when we arrived. After we settled on my wife was in the elevator when the cops came back and pulled a guy out and threw him on the floor. Staff didn’t even ask her if she was ok.
