Ankle Surgery at Lake Nona VA Hospital.
I was very pleased with the Customer Service we received. I stayed here because of its proximity to Lake Nona VA Hospital, and upon arrival the clerk gave us a 1st floor room because I had a knee scooter, I was very appreciative. The room was great and house keeping went above and beyond to give us whatever we needed to make our stay much easier. The people and atmosphere was beyond expectations, I will use this location again when I am in the area. I want to thank all the staff for their kind ess and help while we stayed here, you made a bad situation a much easier time.

I really need a refund because I couldnt even stay in the room the I booked, keys and door were completely locked out, they were able to open the room by 2:00am, I had a tennis match next day, and I was unable to perform, because of lack of sleep, in the morning I tried to do a claim, because it happened the same thing and they said l “talk to expedia”, all I wanted was a solution and they wouldn’t offer it in the morning.

Absolutely excellent Property. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Staff was nice. Room was very nice and clean and comfortable. Got a great deal on the room and glad I stayed here. Only complaint was they transitioned to paid parking halfway through my stay.
