Key card had issue 3 times for entering room had to go up and down elevator 3 times, had been placed in a suite and smelled strongly of pee or some type of amonia smell just very musty smelling. AC unit stunk of odd musk not sure if carpet brought out smell more. Elevator and hallway smelled the same through the first building second and third floor.

I booked this hotel due to finding a good deal with a shuttle to take myself and my husband to Disney world, and overall the hotel room was very nice and was better in person than the pictures appeared on the hotel website! Unfortunately the hot tub was not up for long during my stay as it had been closed for repainting after our first night, but getting to soak in it for a while after our long drive to Florida was a great addition to our trip! Overall, I'd recommend this hotel.

This is the filthiest hotel I've stayed in. The rooms were dirty, the fridge seemed to have mold, the bathroom ventilation system needed fixing and there was a lizard in our room. Although after spotting the lizard, the staff agreed to move our room, they seemed annoyed at our request, and the room we were moved to was equally dirty. The staff was completely unapologetic. They even suggested the lizard would have come in because we left the balcony door open which was maddening since we never once opened the balcony door. We expressly told them not to move us to a room with a balcony if that entails we have to deal with pests in our room. The coach to Disney World was also useless since the timings did not coincide with the park's opening hours. It seemed a deliberate strategy to discourage people from using the coaches. It was highly disappointing since they advertised this as an add-on service and this was a key reason why we had picked this hotel in the first place. Overall this was a beyond terrible experience. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn property again, it completely ruined my vacation.

This was our second time at the Holiday Inn and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The stay was amazing and the cleanliness of the room was outstanding.
