Fee for parking was confusing. It seemed there was no charge for parking when you registered. That was not true.

After a weary trip being canceled on Carnival cruise line, it was a very last minute season to check out Palm beach. The staff at the front desk counter were smiling, friendly and sympathetic to our situation. We haven't even seen our room yet but judging by who greeted us this stay is going to be wonderful!

As a frequent traveler averaging 100 nights a year in a hotel I consider myself to be very fortunate and also a fairly good critic who is fair when asked to evaluate a property. So, here is mine on my recent 2 night stay. Upon arrival I was greeted at check and given an early check in because I am an elite member with Marriott. I only share that because if I was not I would have been charged to enter the room early. However, it was 2 pm already and I would have not paid for an early arrival. The room was ok. There was obviously places on the carpet where they had not vacuumed in quite a while. There were glass coffee cups and when I picked one up you could see the cup was dirty from the last person because coffee and ran down the sides of the cup. The condiments in the room had not been replenished. The water pressure was extremely low. Which really annoys me. For those of you who say conserve water. I am not asking for a water fall, but I don't want to have to run around in the shower to get wet. My biggest complaint with the room is that the tv was not a smart tv. I mean, come on, this is the 21 century. Not to mention the wifi was very slow. I had to call down to guest services the following late afternoon to ask for clean towels. Cleaning service never came that day. After calling multiple times they finally brought some clean towels. Rap music was so loud in the lobby you couldn't hear anyone talking. Don't stay here! I do not recommend this property.
