Nastiest room I've ever booked!
The staff was very helpful and respectful. I felt bad for the front desk lady as she was doing her best. But we were not willing to stay the night in such a nasty room.

Love the location, the property itself needed some work, they only had one working elevator which made us take the stairs to the fourth floor because a lot of people were waiting for the elevator. They didn't have many options for breakfast. It was very loud at night.

No fridge no microwave 2 of 3 elvators were not workingwhich was inconveniant other bed was dirty and no hot food at breakfast i never did a reveiww so i had too this time.

We did not have a microwave or fridge in our hotel room but other guests did with the same standard room. Pool wasn't heated and hot tub did not work. The hotel was 10 minutes from all attractions. The bed was hard and not really comfortable. We needed a plunger at 700pm for our toilet. My 13 year old son went to get it from the front desk. She told him he had to come back in 15 minutes she couldn't leave the desk she was the only one there. He also had to return it to the front desk after use. Breakfast was waffle station, muffins, bagels and cereal. They were also out of coffee.

My family and I stayed for 7 nights and was overall pleased for the price we paid. The room was maintained daily and staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The rooms and property do need updating but it wasn't a deal breaker because we only slept there at night. Our room was listed as sleeping 4, but if you are accustomed to a king or even a queen bed, its a tight squeeze for two people on a full sized bed. We didnot have a car but the hotel is across the road from ICON park which made it easy to get food and be entertained for the days we didnot go to the theme parks. There are also many other conveniences within walking distance. Overall i would recommend for a family visiting the theme parks or being out all day and need to grab a quick bite in morning while being on a budget.

Internet is so bad that it didn’t work for My entire stay and when reported to staff than they said it is what it is and live with it. So rough staff. Not at all recommended to anyone …please don’t stay in this hotel.
