Wyndham is not a good business, our reservation was cancelled at Reunion that is a Wyndham property on the we were to arrive.
We were sent to Magic Village a Wyndham property not near as nice as Reunion and over charged $261.50 more. I would ask $261.50 to be credited to us. Please Advise

Style over practicality: living in a showhome
Posted 3 Sep. 2024 on HotelsBeautiful new villas but it was like living in a show house. Absolutely no drawers in any bedrooms, or bathrooms, with open shelving for clothes in the top of the wardrobes, making them impractical for most people.
We had a 3 bedroom with hot tub and stayed for 7 nights.
Only tea cups in kitchen, no mugs and the bowls were very small with a wavy top that made putting any decent size portion of food in impossible. No oven glove or tea towel either made using the oven & kitchen difficult.
TVs were a great size but had no channel guide or listing which made life difficult. No chromecast facility either.
Hot tub was nice but very small and only fit 2 adults comfortably, anymore would flood the patio! The hot tub steps were broken and taken away quickly but never replaced. Reception were thoughtful however for the guest involved.
No extra towels provided for the hot tub or pool so we asked for extra. Again reception were great at providing these quickly.
Sprinklers next to the patio were set to come on at 9pm onwards and soaked our patio. This was annoying when we were outside enjoying the grill and outdoor patio area. We always made sure to move the furniture cushions so they didn’t get soaked!
On the positive side: the site was immaculately kept including the pool and lobby areas. Would highly recommend venturing out to the pool. It was a lovely relaxing space. It also felt very secure and safe with the gate being code entry only.
The area was perfect for Disney too.

I didn’t like the fact that despite there being a mandatory $240 cleaning fee, the jacuzzi was prefilled and was extremely dirty with grime around the entire rim.I had a Mr.clean magic eraser that removed the grime which proved it was not properly cleaned. My 7 year old decided to plunge her arm into the water and ended up with a rash that was confirmed to be ring worm and required anti-fungal treatment. There was black moldy hardened pieces in the blender after taking the blender completely apart which too is evidence of poor cleaning practices. Beautiful property but the quality of the cleaning was subpar.
