We stayed at this property as we evacuated from Tampa during the hurricane. This property had great parking and allowed pets which was amazing. The couches do need a deep cleaning and the washer smelled of mildew. Other than that, we enjoyed staying here.

We had to evacuate and ended up at margaritaville. The staff were remarkable and cottages clean. We will be back for a true vacation. Thank you Margaritaville staff for taking such great care of us during this difficult time!

We evacuated from the West Coast, so I really shouldn’t complain… Just a few things ..at the front door of this place was a huge puddle even in the slightest rain as the front door mat was floating in it and it’s super dirty and sandy all around the walkway. I’m glad I brought extra towels because we laid them all over the floor. There was no indoor Matt to wipe your feet The kitchen was definitely bare bones for cooking. There were no matches and no lighters for candles. There was one 2 ounce bottle of dish detergent.?? The beds were very comfy and the AC worked wonderful!! The pools and tiki bar were open, and that was a great delight!!

Horrible place, don’t ever stay here
Let me start off with that I was celebrating my daughters birthday and we did a short 3 day trip. I payed extra to have a cottage with a private pool. First day we get there the pool was filled with debris and huge leaves that even if we tried to clean it we couldn’t. We then wasted time to get transferred to another cottage. Next morning we go in the pool and leave out a speaker for a less than 2 hours to go have breakfast. We’re going to go back inside the pool and speaker was taken. Security report was done and fronts desk response is they don’t have control of others actions. Last morning we couldn’t even get in the pool because there was construction inside our own backyard. Huge holes were being drilled in that little backyard for plumping that we didn’t have the privacy of our pool. Went and told the front desk and they said they have no control of the construction there because this is a 3rd party that was hired. Basically our trip was horrible and front desk all they could say was oh sorry that’s out my control. After I spent 850 for two nights and my daughter had to experience this in her mini birthday vacation. Horrible customer service.

Extremely disappointed with this property. My children and I vacationed here before going on a cruise. The location of the resort is very convenient, no more than 30 minute travel time from the major theme parks and airport. The furniture in the property is very dirty, stained. The blinds were incredibly bent and disfigured. I was charged $600 for a couch that was already broken! I was so angry, luckily I had a video of the living room where I was able to show the dent already in the couch. Also the staff did tell the truth and state that this broken couch was reported in July but never fixed, so why continue to put guests in villas with broken furniture! I was so angry because I called the day before while on my cruise because I kept receiving alerts that Margarittaville attempted make charges to my card. I spoke to the front desk receptionist Miguel regarding the situation and he told me there was nothing on his end that he could see as to why I would be charged and that a manager would give me a call. A manager never contacted me, and the very next day there was $600 charge on my credit card. My card was then blocked and now I am on vacation without access to the main form of payment that I was utilizing for our trip. Through all of this inconvenience the only thing that I received was an apology and we will refund your money back to your card as soon as possible. I did receive my refund the next day but there should have been something else offered for such negligence.
