This is our third time staying at Margaritaville (cottage the first time, villas the second and third time); I must say this villa was the least taken care of. It wasn’t super clean and the slider had some damage regarding opening/closing the blinds and locking/unlocking the sliding glass door. The front door didn’t have a safety lock at all (it looked to have been removed) so that made us a little uneasy. Our bed (queen) was very bouncy and it seemed to cave a little in the middle. Overall, it was a good stay. We enjoyed ourselves, the property and the surrounding area.

The staff was great on check in, as well as checkout. We had a three bedroom, three bath condo that was lovely. We usually stay on Disney property, however, we decided to try Margaritaville, which was an excellent choice and will definitely stay again.

I loved the esthetic of the look of the homes. They were wonderful inside and out. Great for a family or couples looking for a getaway in Orlando. Every room had its own bathroom and the bed and pillows were super comfortable.

We had an excellent experience. The cottage was clean, spacious and well-maintained. We had everything we needed including a full-size washer and dryer to do our laundry while we stayed a week visiting Disney World!

It was good. The living dining room are very small. Even though it sleeps 10+ there are only 6 dining chairs, so part will have to eat outside or on the couch. Dryer did not work. But overall it's a very nice place, comfortable beds and we would stay again.

It was fine. Our cottage was brand spanking new, so everything was clean and functional (except the ice machine on the fridge). Materials are cheap, though, so I'm not surprised people are finding stuff broken in the older cottages. Staff were universally friendly and helpful. My son got in at 3 am, and they were kind enough to drive him to our cottage in a golf cart (it's a 20 min walk). Guy wouldn't even accept a tip. A shuttle bus also stopped and picked us up on the road to our cottage when he saw us walking with a bunch of bags from Target. The margarita machine in the cottage is a nice touch because the bar drinks are expensive and not very good. I don't mind they're not very strong but for the price I think some fresh ingredients would be nice. The lemonade-based drink used a powder. Even frozen concentrate lemonade would have been a huge improvement. This is a really good resort for an extended family to meet up, which seemed to be what a lot of the people were doing. The restaurants across the street on the Sunset Walk were all pretty good. Our favorites were the Brazilian steakhouse and the Memphis BBQ. It's fun that they sometimes have live music. Solid family vacation spot near all those Orlando parks. For what you get, the cottages are very reasonably priced.

when we arrived, check in was easy and quick. The room could had a missing Microwave handle, the hose inside the sink was broken wo we could not use the kitchen sink and the toilet top was off the hinges.

We have stayed at this property many times and always rent the cottages. This particular cottage from Rentyl was not one of the better we have stayed in. Very plain with no extras. Was not provided a Wi-Fi Password, so no TV or internet, minimum furniture and no front parking due to multiple handicap spots in front of this particular cottage. Unlike the other cottages we have rented in the complex, this "Premium" cottage was not special. I was also told their would be a $300 deposit hold put on my card and it would be removed upon checkout, but it is actually a charge that takes 3-7 days excluding weekends to get back. Great complex and area, so I will rent from other places going forward.

I absolutely loved my stay. The townhouse was super clean, and the furnishings were very comfortable. The transportation to the main resort area is a great little perk!

Upon arrival, I was not happy with the condition of my cottage. Rentyl was very good about working with me on a resolution. It saved my vacation! My family loved the amenities and location of the resort. We will be back!

Cleand and spacious
The villa was fabulous and very spacious, we have everything we needed. The complex was clean and modern. Our stay was pleasant, the only comment or sugeto the hotel is the trash system, people leave their trash bags in the parking place and in front of the property, they should implement a better system

Love how clean the cottages were , the service was amazing me and the kids did not want to leave just amazing the area was quiet you can walk to get food majority of restaurants was walking distance even if you had to drive it wasn’t far I love everything about it !!!!
