Broken umbrella laying on deck, pool didn’t look like it had been cleaned in awhile . Pool wasn’t full and cold. I expected a few more amenities like some K cups to come with house. Most bathrooms only had 1 roll of t.p., so I’m glad we weren’t staying multiple nights.

The home was nice, had all the necessities. The owner/host was extremely attentive. Since it was winter, the pool area seemed a bit neglected. Otherwise it was fine for our purposes.

Frustrating
I believe we were the first one month renters of this property . There were at least 6 items/issues that needed attention during our stay that required our coordinating with the owner , the local manager ( who was not available for half of our stay) and the handyman.The issues were eventually resolved. Lots of room, good communication
This property was ideally located for us and provided plenty of room for our family, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There’s even a bathroom that opens to the pool area (with deadbolt). Check-in was easy and communication was prompt and friendly. There we’re a few small handyman issues, but nothing that impacted our stay. There aren’t currently a lot of dishes or extra kitchen items, but we only ate breakfasts there so that wasn’t a big problem for us. Very well located for visiting our family in St Cloud. The neighborhood seemed quiet and neighbors were friendly.

Comfortable, convenient, and calm.
The perfect vacation getaway. Everything you need is all there. It’s the perfect little house with the pool with a lake..We actually hit yo see an alligator. The beds were so comfortable, better than any hotel and more convenient.
