A good home base for our Disney weekend
6 adults and 2 kids stayed here for 3 nights during our Disney/Universal trip. The parks were about 20 minutes from the house. There was a Publix and Target 5 minutes from the house, which was convenient. The house was very spacious, and more people could have fit in there. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kids loved the themed rooms and game room. The hot tub was nice - we didn't use the pool as we didn't pay the extra to have it heated ahead of time (our choice, not the houses fault). The only cons were that the QR code we were provided with didn't work to open the security gate all weekend and it seemed all the other cars trying to get in as well had trouble. By the end of our stay, one of the gates was just wide open so anybody could get in (no security). Two nights in a row there were cars that seemed to be drag racing around the community at 2am making a lot of noise and those sleeping in the bedrooms at the front of the house found it loud and woke them up in the night. The front door of the house has seen better days/looks a little cracked/dirty. Overall, this was a great home base for a Disney/Universal trip.

We stayed at the property as a group of 11. There were more than enough bedrooms which were all very spacious and clean. The game room was a plus for the kids and the home theater was amazing. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook and clean. I would definitely recommend this property and will use it again myself for future stays in the area

Let me preface what i am about to say by saying we had a very good time during our stay. There were some inconveniences that we were able to overcome but it didn't take too much away from our stay. Upon arrival, the kids marveled at the game room. Although the house wasn't exactly as described it was still a very nice house. The Jurassic Park video game kept going on and off. I think it might have been a wiring issue. The 2 beds that were in the game room were very nice though again, not what we were expecting because based on the photos, we thought the arcade room was star wars themed. The room was also very hot and we couldn't find a thermostat to control the temperature in there so we had kids displaced. On the first night there was a horrific thunderstorm that caused a leak in one of the master bedrooms on the first floor, displacing guests to sleep in the living room. We called someone the following morning and they took care of it pretty quickly. The ice machine wasn't working so we had to go out to get ice every day. The pool in the main complex was very nice. Kids had a great time on the lazy River and waterside. The one complaint I have is that there were some guests who were drinking in the pool and spilling in the pool and one child who got sick near the pool and was vomiting but I think missed the pool, thankfully. Maybe a little more supervision is needed. The last thing was the noise level. I know when we booked, we chose this place because of the strict quiet

Great location and great experience!
We had an amazing stay at this house! It was incredibly spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The highlight for us was definitely the entertainment setup — all the TVs worked perfectly, and once we got the hang of it, the large theater screen provided an awesome movie night experience! Initially, we had a bit of trouble with the WiFi connection, but a quick router reset solved the issue completely. Additionally, when we arrived, the air conditioning on the first floor was off due to a breaker issue, which made it a very warm. However, the management team responded promptly, even sending a technician out after hours to fix it. Their fast and efficient customer service was truly impressive! We had cooling air within an hour of us reaching out. The pool and hot tub were impeccably clean and well-maintained, adding to our overall enjoyment of the stay. We had such a great experience that we wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again in the future. Thank you for providing such a wonderful retreat!

We had a few families stay here for the AAU Boys National volleyball tournament that was held in Orlando. This place worked out great! There's plenty of room, the kids and adults enjoyed the game room, and it was so nice to have a pool. The community pool with the lazy river is just over a mile away. We enjoyed looking out backyard with the open space/pond. We would definitely stay here again.

Check in is exasperating. Diamond process wants your drivers license, credit card, bill statements and a separate contract. Its confusing and complicated. Half of volleyball team
We were a group of 5 families staying for the AAU National volleyball tournament. The property was just like the listing. If was a perfect setup to allow the 5 families enough room to have separate bedrooms, a kitchen to make eating easier and cost effective, and entertainment. The property itself is a cookie cutter situation where all the houses in the development look and function the same. There's was definitely some wear and tear on things but nothing that you wouldn't expect from this type of rental. Would highly recommend this as an option for anyone traveling in large groups. Was cheaper than a hotel option per family and provided the extra amenities.

Great summit house!
We had a great time and had plenty of space for our large group ! We enjoyed watching the wildlife in the backyard pond as well! We would definitely choose this again. The only negative was that some of the carpet and outdoor furniture just need a little refresh and more shower towels would have been great ! Otherwise totally perfect.

Great House for a large group
We were in Orlando for a cheer competition and joined a few other families to stay here! It was very clean, great location, well stocked, comfortable beds and plenty of things to do! Kids loved the gameroom and pool. We only had 2 areas of improvement- the couch in the living room is small and not very comfortable, the other minor issue was the gates into the neighborhood didn’t work majority of the time with the bar codes we were given (not the owners fault, everyone seemed to be having gate issues because there were often several cars trying to get in). We never had to wait long before we could follow someone in. The owner was awesome and we would definitely stay here again!
