Waterside Estates is a family friendly and safe community. The pet friendly neighborhood includes dog walking stations. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, entertainment and minutes away from major highways like 417- The Green Way and 528- The Beach Line... just 15 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and 45 minutes from the Space Coast!! Disney and Universal are 20-25 mins away. Home is fully equipped with a stocked kitchen to cook. Wifi throughout. Easy Check in and Check out.

This 2 bedroom home sleeps a family of 4 with two queen size beds. The home is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen including pots, pans, utensils, plates, dish soap, paper towel, large and small appliances, etc; Laundry room; living room with flat screen TV and basic cable; and reliable and fast wifi.

Our vacation home is pet friendly and the back yard is completely fenced. Candles, incense or diffuser with essential oils is prohibited.

This was the most perfect place for our Orlando get away to visit family. A very well kept, clean and spacious house with a serene back yard. Our dog enjoyed the backyard to the fullest. Love this home!
This was the second time we stayed here. Last year we were here for two months. This year only one month was available so we had one lovely month here. We hope to return. It’s a perfect location for us to visit family members and to play tourist as well. This house is VERY comfortable and the owner is very thoughtful, providing all the necessities plus extras. We LOVE that it is lakefront and we spend a lot of time on the patio. The ambiance is relaxing and very homey.

Beautiful , comfortable , dog friendly home, directly on a lake ! More roomy than expected !2 bathrooms Perfect for 2 couples. Lots of thoughtful touches ( pet supplies, floor fans, bottles of water and wine !:) The fenced backyard was very convenient . So lovely to sit outside with the pups and not worry about them wandering off ! Could really enjoy the gorgeous views of the lake at sunset/ moonrise. Location was great peaceful but close for football game / theme parks. Very nice neighborhood, but the streets are narrow and folks park on them, so drive slowly and carefully thru the neighborhood! One minor suggestion/ request to owner that’s not a ‘must’ but a ‘nice to have ‘:provide floor length mirror . And thank you for sharing your wonderful home:)!

70th Birthday/Reunion
The accommodations were better than we could have expected. My grandson cried when we left, he stated "I love this house". We assured him we would come back. He loved the space and enjoyed the yard and pond. The little amenities were very thoughtful. I have to say, usually when we stay at a place I have to wash all our things when we get home whether we used them or not due to different smells. I did not have to do this at all. The yard was also perfect for our two small pups. They were right at home. Thank you for letting us stay.

Great Stay!
I brought my mom down here for a trip to Disney World, and we had to bring our pets as well. It was a very nice house in a very nice, safe neighborhood. We all enjoyed our stay, and that includes the pets.

This was a beautiful property. The accommodations were perfect. Even though we didn't need it, it would be a wonderful place for a family, but with a limit of 4 persons, not all families could stay here. i.e. like my daughter's family of 5.

Nice place to stay!
Very clean house, comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower. We really enjoyed looking across the water and watching the various water birds. We also took a few nice walks through the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

Loved staying here!
We were looking for a property close to relatives and friends for a 7 week stay. This house was perfect!! It’s a lovely home on a beautiful lake. We so enjoyed eating our meals on the patio watching the many entertaining birds. The host has very thoughtfully prepared the home with everything that could needed. We appreciate such attention to detail. The beds are super comfortable. We have already booked to return.
