It’s just a short drive from Orlando’s top attractions like Disney World and Universal Studios, with plenty of nearby dining and shopping options, including outlet malls. Business travelers will appreciate its proximity to convention centers. The surrounding area feels safe and accessible, making it great for families and solo travelers alike. Parking: The gated parking lot is secure and well-maintained, providing peace of mind for guests traveling with vehicles. It’s easy to access, adding convenience for those who plan to come and go frequently. Room Size: Rooms are spacious, offering plenty of space for families or groups. The extra room makes it easier to store luggage and relax after a long day. Negatives: Unfortunately, the beds are very firm and uncomfortable, which can make sleeping difficult. The bathroom layout is another drawback, with the sink located inside and no extra one outside, causing inconvenience for families or groups trying to get ready at the same time. The amenities are disappointing, especially the swimming pool, which feels like an afterthought. Breakfast, though clean and well-maintained, has very limited options, making it more functional than enjoyable. Despite renovations, the building’s age shows, detracting slightly from the overall experience

Loved our stay.
I wish we could've stayed longer! We didnt get to check in until late night. About 11pm. And we left at 11am at check out. The room had a nice balcony with chair's to sit and a decent view. We had a nice breakfast which was included in our stay. Lots of options so something for everyone. We went out back to check out the view since the hotel sits on a lake. They had a park area for kids. And hammocks out by the trees. My kids loved them. Wish i could've seen the sunset from back there. Really cool place i think. The room was semi small. We had the 2 queen room. But if all your doing is needing a place to stay for the night while in town it's still quite nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back again.

The reason why I gave a three star is that staying at a hotel you expect the room to be tended by housecleaning every day and when we came back from our first day out and realized the room was undone I asked the front desk and they said that housecleaning only was done every THREE days if that was the case I would have just rented a house. They also said that they would provide new towels if you went to them … and to leave the trash outside for pickup. NO, I did not come on vacation to do chores that is already expected from a hotel. They gave their reason for covid time etc …. NO, not an excuse anymore. That was at least three/four years ago. The covid blame game is way over. Also, it’s difficult to leave the premises without jumping the fence as there is no way to get out if you are a pedestrian. Also, shower pressure is very weak and the body soap bar (yellow color) is horrific.

I was amazed since i enter the check in time. They were very nice, i just loved the hotel there decoracion for this season the room was very comfortable i had what I needed. I love the breakfast buffet 😋 they have variety 😋. The hotel was surrounded of store's, parks ect. If i go back to Orlando i will select Palazzo hotel that's for sure 💯
