Decent for our needs/the price
We needed a place to stay after Disney because my husband and I didnt want to drive home at night. This place was as expected for the price. The bed was comfy and the sheets were clean. Obviously the room, furnishings, etc could use an update but we only paid around $80 so it was fair for what we paid. They had free breakfast which was waffles, coffee, and juice. The tv didn’t work in our room which sucked. But aside from that, fair value for the affordable price.

The motel was very run down, exposed wires, roaches, TV didn't work and the mini fridge leaked water all over the floor, into our duffle bags and clothes inside. Holes in the wall of the shower made my wife very uncomfortable. Loud music played most of the night and loud yelling and fighting outside. They charge 100 dollars in case you mess something up but it's so run down and gross how would they tell if you need anything up. They also charge a 45 dollar " resort" fee. What a joke. The pool is nasty the proper is nasty the rooms are nasty and their Continental breakfast is a joke. The most positive encounter I had at comfort inn was both the check in and checkout counter people were very pleasant. Other than that it was awful. I won't ever return and we visit Orlando area quite often.

Roaches all over the room. Very dirty. I know it’s a cheap hotel, but it was gross even for that. Wouldn’t stay here again. The staff was excellent though! Interacted with multiple front desk people that were great.
