I checked in at midnight fir my cruise then left at 8am. Everything was great. I never made it to breakfast. I was in suite but didnt use anything but the shower. Confy beds and check in easy process. Always stay at Marriott.

Once again - and the next time too we will be here
The room had a kitchenet and was clean and ready for us early. The Breakfast has good options if a little short on fruit options. The room was nice and clean and quite comfortable. Hallways on the other hand always were dirty and seemed to ever be vacuumed. The swimming pool we did not use but it looked nice with plenty of loungers however I am not sure it ever really is in the sun but as warm as it is for me that is a plus.

We arrived at the hotel around 8:30pm on 11/15/24. We went to our room and noticed we 1 towel for a family of 4 and then my mother’s room also had 1 towel for a room of 2. We also had wet linens on our beds. The pull out beds did not have linens on them. We went to the front desk and asked for towels - we were told that that their laundry was completely broken, they had no towels, blankets or sheets and to check back in the am. We checked back in the am and they claimed to have towels. We never received any. When we checked out at 11am we still had not received towels. This was the worst experience ever. I would like a complete refund.

Please read prior to booking!!!
Our family recently stayed at this hotel in Orlando before our flight out to Washington State. Traveling with young kids (4-year-old twins and a 2-year-old), we needed a comfortable, clean place to rest for the night. Unfortunately, what we encountered was quite the opposite. We booked two rooms, and we stayed in Room 212. From the moment we stepped in, it was evident that this room was not up to the standard you’d expect from any reputable hotel. The extent of water damage and mold in Room 212 is beyond words. There were visible water stains across various surfaces and unmistakable signs of mold growth throughout the room. It’s honestly shocking that a room in this condition would be let out to anyone, much less a family with young children. Given the circumstances and our tight travel plans, we stayed out of necessity and didn’t voice complaints at the time. However, for the safety and comfort of future guests, it’s critical that this feedback reaches both the hotel management and potential customers. Mold and water damage are serious issues, and addressing these should be a priority. It’s disappointing that basic upkeep was overlooked, as it left a lasting negative impression on our entire stay. Until these issues are resolved, I can’t recommend this hotel, especially for families with young children or anyone concerned about health and cleanliness.

Hotel is okay for one night stay. They offered free airport and area shuttle, and free breakfast. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were dated, bathtub dripped, and air conditioner very loud. Cleaners started vacuuming outside my bedroom door at 7:30am waking everyone up. Location is great, close to many restaurants.

Pet fee ridiculous
The place and location were very good. The only thing that was a spoiler was the extra fees that were added on during checkout. They have a flat fee of a 100.00 for any pet. I can see a small fee or a deposit in case damage. But 100.00 for a crated pet? Really. This is the most I have ever paid for my pet.

Disappointed. Upon arrival I thought the property looked okay, but I was disgusted to see cockroaches in our room, Im afraid to sleep tonight. The pool was also dark and dumpy.

There was only one person working the desk handling multiple jobs. Very clearly understaffed. We had reserved a Pack and play crib and was not in the room at the time of check in. Was told they would deliver it on multiple occassions and took me multiple trips back downstairs to follow up over 3 hours to finally get it. Infant ended up not sleeping. Was not a good night!
