The room we stayed in was newly renovated. It was great. Really big, spacious, and looked freshly painted. I couldn’t put that it was quiet because the family next to us was pretty loud all night. Not the hotels fault. Beds were good. Decent location about 15 min from Disney and maybe 10 from Universal.

Under Renovations
Upon checking in the person at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. He informed me that the Hotel was currently under renovations and that I would hear some noise throughout the day. Of course I wasn’t too thrilled to hear that and probably wouldn’t have booked if I knew this was the case prior. Fortunately the noise wasn’t too bad. The room I got was very clean, spacious, and appeared to be one of the newly renovated rooms which was a plus. On the other hand the water pressure from the shower in the room was very low. I didn’t bother to complain about it because I figured it was due to the renovations so I dealt with it. The breakfast they offer is very basic. Eggs, Bacon, sausage, toast or a Bagel. That’s about it. Most hotels I stay at that offer breakfast offer the same things with the addition of either Pancakes or Waffles which would of been nice to have as an option. My room key was giving me issues which I’m pretty sure it wasn’t so much the key but the lock on the door. Everything was new including the doors. I had to exchange my key twice and even then I had to play around with the lock on the door to get it open anytime I left my room which became annoying after a couple times. Once again I chalked it all up to renovations. Other than that I would stay here again but after renovations are complete. With the couple of inconveniences at this Hotel due to the renovations, It would of been fair to take off 20% or even 15% on the room costs to customers….

Not as advertised….
The guy at the front desk was very nice but this hotel isn’t anything at all like the photos. It’s very rundown, very dirty, and very loud. I feel bad writing this because all the staff went above and beyond for us, but the condition of the hotel is terrible. The door to the bathroom was rotting and moldy. The carpet smelled and was worryingly damp. The beds were alright in all fairness. Lots of nicer places in the area for similar money. I’d go to one of those next time.

The property was completely different from the pictures displayed. It smelled of rust, mold, stale cigarettes and smoke. The atmosphere felt and looked unsafe, and the sheets were damp. It was the worst experience I have ever had. You could not pay me $100kto stay there!

When I booked this hotel it said there was a shuttle bus to the airport. I asked at check in and was told that the hotel had been sold in September and no longer had a shuttle. So a cab from the airport cost me $22 dollars and then another cab in the morning $25. I could’ve stayed at a much nicer hotel for that $47 . One that had a shuttle! The woman at the front desk acted like she didn’t know how to call a cab so I called it myself. Also are room key never worked. We told them several times and each time they recoded it and said they were undergoing renovations. On the morning of our flight, we had breakfast and went back up to our room to get our luggage. I called a cab and then we couldn’t get in our room yet again. I went down to the desk and she recoded the keys yet again. Back up in the elevator and back down the long hallway. Still didn’t work. Down to desk agin. Repeat process again. Finally I asked for SOMEONE to open the door. She told me that the maintenance man would be in shortly. I told her that I had a flight to catch and someone needed to open the door NOW. If you are having this big of a problem with your door locks, perhaps renovate those first. It was very frustrating and irritating to deal with this before flying for 23 hours. Needless to say, I will not be staying here again.

Good for a one night stay. It is in need of some refurburshing. When I went to the washroom first thing I seem was a cockroach in the tub! Its a good price, and free breakfast was decent. But I wouldnt stay more than one night. Friendly staff

Even though the hotel is obviously under renovation the photos online were quite deceptive and the room was unsatisfactory and the water in the shower was extremely cold and the door key cards were a constant issue.
