QR code not given to gain entry into the development, had to pull over with five other vehicles to the side of the road and wait until someone responds to the text, no one answered the phone number to the managing company (after traveling and needing to have access to the bathroom). The sliding glass door lock was broken and had to be repaired the next day delaying our departure to venture out in the city, I was questioned why it wasn't reported on the first day. The last incident and most impactful was to find out the linen on one of the beds was filthy and not discovered until the morning of the third day. I called the management company to have them replaced and I was told that wasn't possible. once I was told that I contacted VRBO and the owner of the facility. VRBO could not get a response. I left a message to the owner and no response. Besides the before mentioned the house was very nice and comfortable. The bed linen situation was completely unacceptable,
