Serendib Villa is a splendid villa situated on the prestigious development known as 'Calabay Parc' which is only 15 minutes from Disney, and built on a conservation lot with beautiful views of forest to the rear.

While on vacation, we prefer the comforts of home. Therefore, we renovated our villa as a luxurious home away from home with brand new top-of-the-line furniture and state of the art equipment. Our villa offers ultimate luxurious and spacious accommodation with all the amenities you need to make your well earned vacation complete and memorable. It is the perfect place to return to and relax at the end of your hectic day in the theme parks.
It has amazing views from the decking area of sunset over the conservation land at the rear of the villa itself, should you be able to tear yourself away from the theme parks early enough.

Our family of four had more room than we even needed with five bedrooms and four bathrooms! The pool was great for relaxing in the evenings. My boys loved the pool table. I was able to wash laundry before heading back home! Overall, great experience!

Overall, it is a great place if you have a large group. The two “master bedrooms” are very nice, as is the single bed bedroom upstairs. My wife and I were in the master bedroom right by the pool, and only noticed minor flaws. I’ll start with this. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had, so I’m assuming any little details might’ve been because of whoever maintains the property. In our bedroom the fixture that holds the fan/light remote was hanging on by a thread and appeared to have been nailed into the wall multiple times, with little success. The vents to the fans in the bathrooms had a good layer of dust built up, but again, nothing major. Also, most of the dressers were very loose and/or missing screws or knobs. We were told by the owner that management would place the trash and recycling out front, but it did not happen while we were there, and judging by the trash inside and outside of the cans, it wasn’t before us either. The pool was great, the perfect size for our family (2 adults, 4 kids, with my mom and sister visiting). Overall, I know it may seem like I have a lot to complain about, but it was a great property. Again, whoever is maintaining the property just needs to pay attention to the small details. I do apologize if my children forgot to put a half of a watermelon in the trash, and left it in the fridge. I will add again, the owner of the property was very quick to answer any questions we had. 4/5, would easily be 5/5.

Thank you to the host for your hospitality. This was a very nice place to stay. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place that has enough room for the entire family. The pictures for the listing don't do it much justice. You have to see it for yourself. The location is convenient to the Disney Parks and shopping. The host was quick to respond the two times that I had to contact them. This is most definitely on my favorites list.

The home is very nice. Very clean! Plenty of room for our family to spread out. The younger ones enjoyed the game room. Plenty of bath towels. The only thing missing was kitchen towels & pot holders so I bought some & left them for all of the next guests to use. The pool & spa are very nice! Having TV's in each bedroom is very convenient. The extra den is nice. Although the neighborhood is busy it's very quiet. We enjoyed our stay & would definitely stay again! Thank you!

The property was accurate based on website description. Communication with property manager was excellent and flexible. Significant problem with ants and other insects. Ants covered nearly all kitchen surfaces despite daily treating with insecticide provided in the house as well as leaving no open food. The stay was otherwise enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay. There were some issues with the AC; the owner kindly sent maintenance out at 10pm and the maintenance people were quite rude. The owner was apologetic about this and remedied it. There's lots of space for the family to spread out.

We had 8 people in our group and this home was plenty spacious for us all which was great because my kids argue in small spaces 😅 Location is great with it being so close to many stores/restaurants. I saw some reviews about the stove top before booking but the only issue was the front left burner. As long as you set it on high it works great! If we ever go back down there we would definitely stay here again.

Stay went very well. Sam was an excellent host.. any issues that arose they were swiftly dealt with. A long term rental checked out before us, so some things they didn’t notice needed to be fixed and it was done quickly. Only issue would be the stove - it could definitely be replaced. Burners will work when you play with them. Hot tub and heated pool were excellent. Thank you!

We really liked the floor plan, location to amusement parks, and amenities offered. The host was friendly and responsive to our messages and questions. With that said, the property management company needs to do a better job at cleaning between stays and maintaining the property. We noticed multiple light bulbs were out (including the swimming pool light), fire alarm batteries need to be replaced (which woke us up at 2am), the bathrooms appeared to be only lightly cleaned, the towels and sheets are getting old and ragged, there were insect nests visible in the outside front porch arch, and there’s is a sugar ant infestation. With that said, this is an amazing property for families to stay when vacationing in Orlando. A little more maintenance and TLC in between stays would make it perfect.
