It was filthy as soon we walked in the door. The bathroom tub was fill with dirt. The floor when we mooped it made the towel from white to brown. The couch had disgusting stains on it. Just horrible. Will not recommend this hotel to no one.

10 out of 10 amazing! Took refuge here when hurricane Debby prevented us from getting back to Tampa. Able to get a room right away for a decent rate and the room was amazing! Clean, spacious, comfortable beds, great staff, amazing breakfast, fun courtyard with activities if it’s not raining.

The property is conveniently located near theme parks in Orlando; however, wifi in my room did not work for the entire duration of my stay and tub stoppers malfunctioned. Only stay here if you are staying very briefly. Hotel feels more like a motel.

Room carpet was all wet and smell humidity. Our feet were wet. Room was old and ugly. Bathroom very small. Breakfast was bad, Small area and food was dry and muffins never replaced and not variety. Omelettes with ham?? Potatoes alone without even onions or some veggies. Breakfast very poor. Too crowded at all times! Staff was nice. Kitchen very good! This hotel needs renovation for sure!

Wonderful Vacation
The room that we were in was an awesome set up. It felt more like we were in an apartment than a Hotel room. It had a spacious living room area with a TV, a kitchenette area with full size fridge, a microwave, two burner stove, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, cups, glasses and cutlery. Both bedrooms had its own full bathroom, TV, and the master Bedroom had a programmable safe to secure your valuables. The heated pool, kiddie pool and hot tub are well maintained. The breakfast provided is amazing. There is a different variety of activities and sites to see within walking distance of the hotel. The reason I didn't give the room service a five is because of the following issue. Room service DID NOT make it to our room in a timely manner to collect and replace dirty towels and remove the trash during the day so we had to call after hours and have it done. Other than that small issue me and my friends had a great time and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
