Great property would stay again
Nice room with kitchen. I wish the mirror was in the room instead of the back of the bathroom door. You had to close the bathroom door to be able to use it. Great hotel, nice heated pool, pretty good breakfast but could use some more options like different fruits, jams, bread etc. Mickey waffle were good. They do have a restaurant on the property with decent food. There are also some walkable stores & food places. The complimentary shuttle was great but does have limited times to get back so you might want to take a Lyft back from the park if staying longer. There is also limited space so make sure you reserve your spot within 24h. The shuttle goes to Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom & Epcot. It saves you some money if the shuttle times work for you.

Convenient location but the greatest experience
After a long late flight, we got checked in at 1 am and our shower did not work. They said they had to move us rooms and because of the inconvenience they were going to upgrade our room.. the room they moved us too, now at 2am, was the same as the room we were in. This new room had a toilet issue and everyday we had to call to have someone come fix it.

It was a good option for the money! Shuttle service is minimum. We used uber all out once. Couch bed was really bad. Breakfast was great. Room was good. We ran out of towels as one small one each, toilet paper and conditioner. We tip the maid every clean day and one day it was left with no new toilet paper or bags for trash cans. Yet over all a good place .

I’m surprised this hotel is affiliated with the Marriott name. There is no maid service. You can request it and they will tell you sure no problem, but the maid will never clean your room. The front desk said there is a refresh every other day but they only clean the rooms for the new guests coming in. We had to call for fresh towels, toilet paper and to have our garbage taken out. An hour passed and we called again and they finally came up. Our heating wasn’t working on the first day. We called the front desk, but nobody ever came. Also, there was a shuttle to Disney, but the times are very limited and you have to make a reservation online. Every time we tried to make a reservation, it said it was full yet when we waited for the bus to see if we could get on there were plenty of seats. Also, the shuttle driver drove recklessly; tailgating and speeding to the point where we were passing every car on the highway and whipping around turns. We reported the shuttle driver to the front desk and the next day we had a new driver named Hugo that was much better. The only thing they got right at this hotel was the breakfast.

Upon arrival we found that our room was not cleaned or used in some time. When we reported to the manager he was apologetic and gave us a “card” for one free drink at the restaurant. Which we felt that was unsatisfactory for that particular situation at hand. Then the longer we stayed the more annoyed the staff became when the guest would request an item that should have been stocked by housekeepers in the first place. The kitchen staff did not speak any English and management wanted to microwave my oatmeal when it was brought to her attention that it was not cooked- there was several guest behind that had the same complaint. In addition to my rash that I received from the hot tub, pool, or chair. You never seen anyone wiping anything down out side as far as disinfectant when the patio furniture was being used and/or at close. They allow young children in the hot tub when adults that have no children are trying to relax. Anytime I asked for something not to be down it was dis regarded and then they suddenly did not speak English. The complimentary coffee machine was always broke and when it finally worked there was a designated time and I was scolded by staff because I wanted to enjoy one hot coffee during a rain storm 5 minutes after the time was up after paying 1500$. I would not recommend this property for anyone to stay at. Not to mention you never seen the same staff work more then one shift. That does not say much for consistency!! The location is in the boondocks.

Great if you’re on the go, which we mostly were. The room was fine. We did try to watch TV but it’s awkwardly positioned on a wall where the couch or beds don’t face. It also was stated the the rooms would be refreshed every other day and it didn’t happen until we asked for it and had to request towels on the day it was supposed to be refreshed. The employees that worked breakfast were great, friendly and helpful.

Wonderful place to stay with family.
Great place to stay. The staff was able to get us into a room before check in time. Room was large and comfortable with small kitchen and lots of closet space. The hotel has a laundry room. It was a little pricey to wash a load, and they had no detergent in stock at the store, but that was a minor inconvenience. There is a target and Walgreens right across the street. The pool is heated and spacious, and there is a hot tub! My only disappointment was that I booked a fireworks view room and we could not see them from our room. But this could be due to our early check in, so we didn’t bother about it. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. Free shuttle to Disney parks was a bit limited on times available but better than nothing. Very kid and family friendly!

good hotel, BAD shuttle service
Space was good enough for our Disneyworld trip. Room was slightly small since we have 4 adults and a baby in a 2 bedroom suite. The shuttle service was TERRIBLE and impossible to use. We booked this hotel because it was affordable since not in the Disney business, and they offered a park shuttle. The first day we booked, they had 15 seats and we missed out. The second day, we had only a choice of 2 departure times and 1 return time (not ideal with a 2 year old). We also found out that the shuttle was with other hotels (hence there being 15 seats available) and it would be an hour bus ride both way because of all the other pick ups and drop offs. We ended up driving and parking at the parks, which defeated the purpose of our choice of hotel with a shuttle.

They had a Disney world shuttle that wasn’t advertised so that was a bonus! The pool is heated and the staff is was very courteous and went above and beyond our expectations. Very close to Disney world, the shuttle back is earlier then park close so we took Ubers back but it was still cheaper than parking. We would stay here again!
