After coming to Disney for more than 25 years I never thought d hate a hotel there until now. The staff are not good they do not clean things and the bus services are poor at best. My advice take your money to the bonnet creek resorts they will treat you better

Property was great. Love the shuttle and ferry service. The only negative was the pillows were so uncomfortable. I didn’t sleep well.

When we checked in my room had a lot of crumbs on the ground around the window area . On one of the beds the sheets had a large black stain. The shower situation is abysmal . If you want to shower with warm or hot water the water pressure is intense which results in the bathroom getting wet. It was very difficult to shower my toddler because the whole bathroom would be soaked after.

Perfect stay
Gorgeous resort. Renovated and very clean. Amazing restaurants. Kids loved the slide in the pool. Cute little beach area and playground for kids.
