Super cute property & hotel. The only negative thing I found was, I found an old drink cup in the fridge that wasn’t ours. It was turned off so it smelled awful. Hopefully it was just a one off mistake, because I felt like everything else was great.

2nd trip is as great as the first
This was the second time we stayed here and it was just as good as the first time. The staff is super friendly and the accommodations are top-notch. It's an awesome little spot to stay when you're up visiting family at the University

The staff was helpful and friendly and accommodating. However there were major maintenance problems with (in) the room that we were dealing with at 10:30 at night! For the price and reputation of the hotel everything in the room should have worked! And the lot was full when pulled in around 9:40. No mention of where satellite parking was when checked in earlier. The friendly staff did find me a spot but very confusing and discombobulated!

What a charming hotel! So glad we stayed here after flying into Bangor on way to Acadia NP. Front desk service was excellent, room and common space very clean and the sitting and breakfast areas were decorated perfectly. Would definitely stay again!

New facility so everything felt super clean which I loved. Ursa Minor was a very small room and on the basement level, but all we needed for a one night stay. They have one coin operated washing machine on site which was convenient to do laundry after a week hiking in Acadia. Beautiful old campus buildings updated with modern design for the hotel. We needed a lightbulb changed and received a prompt fix from the front desk. Would have been nice to have breakfast included. Enjoyed our stay.

As of June 2024, the hotel was very new and in great condition. The main building with the cafe was very nicely decorated. The staff were great. The only downside is that there is nothing within walking distance, other than UMaine, but the hotel itself is a training ground for their hospitality program.
