Nurru is a Mediterranean country villa in the typical Sardinian style. the house offers four spacious and gracefully decorated double bedrooms, three bathrooms (for 8 guests) a spacious living room with a fireplace and dining area, a separate fully equipped kitchen, all bathed in Mediterranean light. In front of the house there is an ample patio,leading to a terrace with a dining area.From the terrace few steps lead to the peaceful garden surrounded by citrus trees.Its convenient location, on the outskirts of the town of Orosei,allows for all the conveniences of a lively town at your door step:shops, bars, restaurants, ice cream, parlours, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc. At the same time,being surrounded by greenery, Nurru gives you the feeling of being in open countryside. The beach is only one kilometre away, easily accessible by a pleasant 10-minutes walk or an easy bike ride. The pedestrian and cycle path, directly accessible from the property, allows you to reach both the beach and the town centre effortlessly. Besides a beach holiday, Nurru will give you the opportunity to explore the wild interior of the island. Only a 60-minute drive will get you to the centre of the mountain range Gennargentu with its majestic views, unspoiled wildlife and dramatic cliffs over the South Bay of Orosei. Excellent villa with big garden
Er very much enjoyed the house and the large garden. House was very large and comfortable. Location was was excellent quite, but just in between the city of Orosei and the Beach.

Spacious, quiet and graceful. Within walking distance to local bars and restaurants and the beach
The Villa was exactly has advertised. The beds were comfortable and the 2 bathrooms especially appreciated. The large lounge, with deep set windows was coll and we only once or twice felt the need for the overhead fan. Most of evenings were spent on the patio where we made good use of the BBQ provided. What we most appreciated was the the peace and quiet. Our delightful host, Gianfrancesco, was only occasionally in his small attached apartment and always most helpful. Our view was that this villa is very good value for money. We did however feel the reference to air conditioning is misleading as we only had overhead fans. However, the traditional method of construction meant the interior was always relatively cool. Also some of the patio furniture is past its best. But the surroundings - gardens orchards and small fields were a joy and the interior nicely done and a pleasant change from standard hotel "MDF" fittings! All in all it felt like a home.

Between the mountains and the sea
This is an ideal place to stay in a wonderful setting with spacious gardens and a lovely terrace. The house offers a comfortable base for exploring the towns and landscapes of the interior, as well as easy access to several beautiful beaches. There are a number of good restaurants in town and two good supermarkets within 5 mins drive. We left feeling healthy and relaxed and hoping to return one day soon.

Villa di campagna con un’anima e uno splendido parco. Assolutamente tranquilla dista 15 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia o dal centro citta’. Vi siamo stati benissimo in otto adulti. Mi permetto di consigliare di dedicare una parte della fornita libreria alla storia di Orosei, della Barbagia e della Sardegna in generale: molti che scelgono una casa come questa la troverebbero interessante. wunderschönes Haus in idealer Lage
Das großzügige Anwesen am Rande der kleinen Stadt Orosei liegt ideal - der Weg in die Ortschaft und an den Strand sind mit dem Fahrrad in 10 min. möglich. Aufgrund der Bauweise und Ausstattung ist das Haus auch im Hochsommer ideal klimatisiert - auch ohne die Klimaanlage zu nutzen. Die riesige beschattete Terrasse rundet das wunderbare Sommerleben ideal ab.

Schöner Aufenthalt in einem in die Jahre gekommenen Haus
Es war enttäuschend, dass nur in 2 Schlafzimmern eine Klimaanlage ist. Die vorhandenen Ventilatoren funktionieren nicht richtig. Das 2. Doppelschlafzimmer ist nur über eine sehr, sehr schmale Eisenwendeltreppe zu erreichen. Das anschließende Badezimmer ist durch die Dachschräge nicht für große Leute geeignet. Gläser sind zwar ausreichend vorhanden aber hauptsächlich sehr kleine und keine Bier-und Weingläser. Große Tassen sind auch nicht vorhanden. Die Lage des Hauses ist so wie beschrieben und der Strand sehr schön. Die überdachte Terrasse ist toll, die Stühle beim Tisch aber sehr, sehr unbequem.

Herrliches Landhaus mit grossem Garten
Uns hat es in diesem Landhaus super gefallen. Meer und Dorf liegen in Geh- oder Fahrraddistanz. Der Garten rund um das Haus ist herrlich. Der ostseitige Sitzplatz ist ideal gelegen mit Morgensonne für das Frühstück und Nachmittagsschatten, um der Sommerhitze aus dem Weg zu gehen. Zudem bleibt es im Haus auch im Sommer angenehm kühl. Im Haus hat es alles was es braucht. Gerne wieder.

Landhaus in Orosei
Das Objekt hält, was es im Inserat verspricht. Grosszügiger Wohnraum, etwas kleine Küche, aber gut ausgerüstet. Der Kaffeekocher ist zu klein wie auch die Dusche in der separaten Wohnung im 1. OG. Ansonsten alles tip top. Schöne Anlage mit viel Umschwung. Super wären zwei, drei alte Fahrräder, um die 15 Minuten zu Fuss an den Strand zu verkürzen.

Das Gesamtwesen ist in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Ertüchtigung in einigen Bereichen wäre zum Erhalt des Komforts auf dem Anwesen von Wichtigkeit. Auch die Küchenausstattung sollte aktualisiert, der Herd repariert werden. Dennoch haben iwr uns wohl gefühlt.

Haus im Grünen, zwischen Ort und Stand
Uns (2 Erwachsene & 2 Kinder) hat der Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus selber liegt sehr schön in einer Orangenplantage, aber nicht weit vom Zentrum von Orosei entfernt und auch der Stand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und durch die dicken Wände und hohen Decken, auch im Hochsommer angenehm kühl. Wir würden in jedem Fall wiederkommen.

Viel Platz im Garten, sehr angenehm mit Kindern
Ein schönes Haus, bereits älter, aber gut instand gehalten. Der Platz im Garten war wunderbar für unsere Kinder. Von Orosei aus sind sehr schöne Strände in kurzer Zeit erreichbar.

casa muy muy bonita, amplia y con un entorno maravilloso, zona immejorable, de las más 'autenticas' y incontaminadas de Sardegna, estancia estupenda. latima uno d elos condicionadores de aire no funcionando, que se habría agradecido vista las temperaturas. Todo lo demás perfecto.

Gemütlicher ruhiger Sardinienurlaub im Landhaus "NURRU"
Gemütliches ruhiges Haus in sehr guter Lage zum Meer und Ort. Die Zimmer etwas abgewohnt, aber es war alles vorhanden für einen schönen Aufenthalt. Der Gasherd müsste aber einmal gewartet werden, da eine Flamme überhaupt nicht funktionierte. Die Terasse war an sich sehr schön aber hatte einen an vielen Stellen abplätternden Betonanstrich, was die Gemütlichkeit etwas trübte. Der Vermitter ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und zuvorkommender Herr. Großer Wert wird auf eine genaue Mülltrennung gelegt, was wir als sehr positiv empfunden haben. Insgesamt haben wir (6 Personen) den Aufenthalt in Orosei und besonders im Landhaus" NURRU" sehr genossen. Gut wäre aber , wenn die Agentur veranlassen könnte, dass man die genaue Adresse des Objekt schon im Voraus erfahren könnte und nicht erst den Vermitter telefonisch darum bitten müsste. Überhaupt ist der Kontakt zur Agentur zur Erlangung von Informationen, wie man seine Reiseunterlagen bekommen kann, äußerst schwierig.

Scbönes, großzügiges Anwesen und viel Platz innen und außen
Das Appartment ist sehr gut geeignet für acht Personen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Meer und Supermarkt sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Anwesen ist ruhig gelegen. Man hört Nachts nur das Rascheln von ein paar Tieren. Die Terasse ist sehr schön. Frühstück im Grünen. Das Haus ist allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Boden in der Empore knackst sehr. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Gianfrancesco offers a great place, the kitchen is particularly well equipped, there is enough space for a big family. Very nice landlord, we liked the chimney a lot as we had cold evenings in May. I can definitely recommend this place!
