This historic terraced house, from the Middle Ages, was the temporary home of the workers who built the work of the Duomo starting in 1200.
The apartment enjoys unique and magnificent views of the cathedral.
Furnished with unique pieces belonging to "Bottega Michelangeli", a Boutique famous all over the world for its ability to work wood and transform it into real works of art.
Many pieces in the apartment are unique, such as the beds, the armchairs, the look at visible stuff, chairs, consoles and much more.
The house has the latest technology with 50 "flat screen smart TV in the living room and 43" in the master bedrooms, the kitchen has a coffee machine, kettle, electric citrus squeezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and toaster .
Everything you need to offer you a unique and unrepeatable breakfast.
You can comfortably walk to the restaurants, taverns and taverns scattered around our beloved city in a few minutes or, if you want to try your hand at cooking, prepare lunches and dinners for you and your friends directly inside the apartment with possibility of chef at home.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location
This apartment is beautifully renovated. Really, everything about it is perfect. It is ideally located in the Piazza del Duomo (with a nice view of the Duomo) and is very quiet. My bedroom faced away from the Duomo and I slept with the window open. We did not use the kitchen but it has modern appliances and a full compliment of accessories. Alessandro met us exactly on time to check us in. He gave us very good recommendations for restaurants and arranged a car to take us to the train station. He could not be nicer or easier to communicate with. I highly recommend this apartment.

This was ALL the things - beautiful, luxury, full kitchen, 3 bedrooms perfect for a family. We loved it and would 💯 stay there again. We were communicated with each promptly by the host, were put in touch with the property supervisor for anything we needed, including a driver to meet us to bring us from the train station. Seamless!

Everything about this apartment was perfect. It was large, beautifully furnished, with a great historic feel. A fantastic location. We loved staying here, and would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Orvieto.

This location is beyond dreamy! The Duomo is out the windows and literally out the front door. The pictures don’t do it justice. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Check in went smoothly. We went to Orvieto on a whim and it was a favorite!

This is a spacious, comfortable well-located apartment. Pricey but very comfortable and nicely furnished for two couples. Kitchen was not well equipped for extensive cooking but it met our basic needs. Host's agent was very responsive when we reported a broken shower head (replaced within an hour).

Orvieto Stay
The apartment in Orvieto from a location perspective cannot be beat. Right next to the Duomo with views just outside the window are amazing. Each night the square come alive with families and friends meeting and enjoying life together. The apartment has all of the things that you need with exception of dish towels and a wine opener, but other than that everything taken care of…..especially the fans in all rooms which were needed on some of the hot summer nights. The apartment is as advertised and actually to us even prettier than the pictures. Check in and check out with Alessandro was easy, quick and efficient. Definitely recommend for your trip to Orvieto!

Life at the Center!
There's nothing like staying ON the central plazza of a deeply historic town - two archeological museums with Etruscan artifacts and two Medieval/Renaissance churches on the very same plaza as the apartment! From tasteful, cozy sitting areas in the spacious apartment above, we could look out over the action below. Fireworks on New Year's Eve from my bedroom window! Staying in a Medieval building so carefully and lovingly restored was a treat.
