We would love to share our beautiful lakefront home with you and your family. There is lots of space for having fun and entertaining. Spacious 3000 sq ft, 4+ BR (3 Master Suites), 3.5 BA home with open floor plan. Located on the 4.5 MM of the Big Niangua arm.

This home offers the benefits of living on the main channel without all the noise and traffic. Perfect for spending time with the family for a weekend getaway, a family vacation or even a family reunion or wedding. Sleeps up to 14 people. This home has two large decks that run the entire back length of the house, relax and sun on the lower deck and dock, or enjoy the beautiful views of the lake from the upper deck. You might even see a bald eagle!

Boat and jet-ski rentals available. The dock offers 2 - 10 x 24 boat slips, as well as 2 large swim decks. Public boat ramp available and on-property trailer parking. Start your vacation in Style!

easy check in easy check out. Great location on the lake house was great for five of us well stocked. Great views. Loved the pool table. Dock was a great place to unwind and throw a line in caught several catfish. Owner was more than accommodating to our every request. This was the perfect place. We got married in lake of the ozarks and we wanted a place for whole party to stay together. This place worked perfect. Hade plenty of room and beds. Also had pool table that kept kids busy. Only thing that could have been better was master bed was very uncomfortable.

The house has a wonderful view of the water! Our family fished a lot and could spread out on the large dock and enjoy hanging out for hours! The men also went trout fishing at Bennett Springs. The kids had some friendly competition with the adults at the ping pong table and the pool table as well!

Great lake house in the Ozarks
This is a very nice house with a lake side view and a dock. There are three bedrooms with bathrooms- very nice for couples staying together. A fourth bedroom has 2 bunkbeds for plenty of extra space. The kitchen has lots of utensils, dishes, and pots and pans for cooking. The appliances are all very good. We were very happy to find such a spacious place which was pet friendly for our family to have Thanksgiving together. We cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen and had plenty of space to dine and hang out. We didn't get to use the dock because it was November but the area is still beautiful place to go in the fall. There are hiking areas close by and Ha Ha Tonka State Park is a neat place to visit. Darren is very responsive and a friendly host. Our family had a lot of fun here and made some special memories.

Quick getaway with friends
We had an amazing time at this property and thoroughly enjoyed a gorgeous October weekend. The place housed 7 of us very comfortably with plenty to do inside and outside the house. The owner, Darren, was amazing. He was so incredibly responsive with all my last minute questions. He even helped us rent a boat last minute that was delivered right to the house and picked up. So easy! Overall a great weekend where we made wonderful memories.

We had a group of 10 adult women and there was plenty of space and beds for all of us. We didn’t feel cramped or anything! We rented a boat and it was so nice not having to worried about going to get it because they dropped it off and picked it up. The owner of the house was very easy to contact when we had questions. Just a heads up the driveway is a little steep and small parking by the house but has extra parking at the top of the hill.
