Kids will love the arcade and billiard's room next to one of the many restaurants at the resort. YOU CANNOT BEAT THIS LOCATION! Our home has all of The Margaritaville Resort five-star amenities, plus the comforts of home.

Under new ownership and recently remodeled! Upgraded wide plank flooring, fresh paint and new comfortable upscale furnishings. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your needs from opening a bottle of wine to preparing a seven-course meal. There is an extra beverage refrigerator for your wine and drinks. You will find fresh seafood, the finest produce and prime meat department around the corner at our local seafood shop and the privately owned grocer.

Boat slips, boat rentals and wave runners available for rent daily down the street at the Margaritaville Marina.

All the bedrooms come with highest quality bedding and linens for that total comfort after a long day in the sun on the lake! Each enormous bedroom is an ensuite with your own private bath/shower for complete privacy. Every bedroom also has its own private balcony overlooking the lake with comfortable seating to enjoy the fabulous sunsets! Bedrooms all have a cozy seating area and TV’s. Large sliding glass doors in every bedroom letting in tons of natural light. Our home sleeps 14-16 guests comfortably.

The main floor balcony has a screened in porch with extra dining area to enjoy a peaceful view of nature. The house is nestled among the trees with lake views from all 5 balconies.

Come down and enjoy Margaritaville formally known as Tan Tar A Resort, which offers horseback riding, bowling, mini-golf, two golf courses, spa, multiple restaurants, sports bars, tiki bar, swim up bar and a coffee house. Needs some TLC in some places, tv down stairs didn’t work, refrigerator strip is coming off , jacuzzi tub upstairs has a chunk out of it and is really load to run - also needs a shower up there. But we did have an excellent time.

Great short get away
We had 9 family members along with 2 infants. I was very impressed by the amenities we had available to us, the property was very clean, and Kathleen was more than helpful! The guys had a great time golfing for free. The balcony off the living room area with a TV & hot tub were the hit for the long weekend. Highly recommend this rental!

Very clean my mom was impressed. Great space for our whole family but ever wanted to sit outside. Love that there is a tv on screened in porch. The host was very responsive. We loved the pool on the estate. The vacinity was close to everything. W we would stay again. The only complaint was the upstairs master suite has no shower and was not cool.

Great family weekend at the lake!
This property was perfect for our weekend family getaway. Check-in was a breeze. The host was awesome. The house was perfect for our multigenerational family. The open living room, kitchen and dining area was great for hanging out together. But there was also plenty of room to spread out. We traveled with our 3 adult children and 3 grandchildren ages 8-16. The condo and the Margaritaville Resort had plenty to keep us all entertained. I appreciated the entry, main living areas, and one of the bedrooms were on one level as my arthritis makes stairs a challenge. The grandkids enjoyed the indoor waterpark at the resort, while grandma relaxed in the hot tub on the private deck with a view of the lake. The location is great for all the fun things the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer, but there also is plenty to do around the resort. I would definitely recommend! We will be checking in on this property as well as host Kathleen Garcia’s other property on the lake for our next visit.

Lots of Room, Great Hosts
No complaints at all about the place. The bed was comfortable as well. We were not there long, so there is not a lot to say except it delivered in every way we wanted and is much larger than it seems. The one thing I would say is that it is not super easy to get to, but the owner went above and beyond to get me there and I can't say enough nice things about their effort to ensure a nice stay.

We had 10 adults in our group, there was plenty of room in the house for all of us plus some. We did have a few issues but we were able to reach out to the host and get them taken care of fairly quickly. The parking wasn’t wonderful, but we were able to make it work. House to close to the strip where we spent a lot of our time.

My family and friends had a great time, the home was perfect for what we needed. The hot tub and family sun-room was a plus. Though we did not barbeque bcs it was raining but the grill was available for our use. The kids had a great time at the pool. The place is really homey and lovely. I will diffinately rent again. Great for large groups.
Enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for a large group. Kitchen was fairly small and was crowded at times. Maintaining comfortable temps in all rooms was tricky but the 95-100 degree temperatures did not help. It was a bummer that the Margharitaville water park is only open Fri-Sun and the 9 hole golf course was closed while we were there.

We had a wondeful time using all that margueritaville had to offer. This home in the eastates reminded us up where we used to stay when we took our young children and now are introducing our grandchildren. The host was wondeful, accommodating and quick response. We had a wonderful Fourth of July topped off with a fantastic fireworks display!

Kathleen was great to work with and very responsive. Check in was very easy. The Keurig was not working but was replaced within hours. I feel that was way above and beyond for a property owner. We all had a wonderful time and enjoyed the house. The layout is great for bigger groups. We had our 2 sons and their wives with there children ranging in age from newborn to 5 years old as well as 2 teenagers for a total of 13. The only downfalls to the home was the lack of a shower in the master bedroom and the air conditioner in the master bedroom needs cleaned. Overall the house is great and well supplied. I would go back for sure and highly recommend the property.
